Not a good place to shop for a car. - Diijdababa

Not a good place to shop for a car. Said I needed a co-signer with no down payment. Went back and the salesman, Lee, was very cold and unprofessional. It was like I was disturbing him. Took him 20 to 25 minutes to find the car I wanted. He said I needed 550 for a downpayment which meant 2 months payment up front. Terrible place, stay away

Superb customer service from start to finish. - Tambor

Superb customer service from start to finish. Detailed knowledge of the automobile, excellent communication and delivery. Ben Boomer was a tru professional throughout the process.

The dealership is a great one to go to because they don't - baseballgrammy

The dealership is a great one to go to because they don't pressure you into buying one particular vehicle., the salesman let me look at several vehicles and then let me decide which one I wanted. They then gave me a reasonable trade in for my car. They were excellent to do business with. I would highly recommend this dealership to famil and friends.

One this I noticed is that there are two dealerships with - LC934

One this I noticed is that there are two dealerships with “Route 138” in the title. I’m referring to Route 138 Motor Car Company. The owner is on WATD radio every Friday morning. *****There is a different one that sounds similar but they are NOT related. This is important to point out. As I’m noticing some of these reviews here are for the other dealer which I know nothing about. The frame rotted out of my 3rd Gen SR5 4Runner and I was having a really hard time letting it go. They got me into a great suv with car payments less than my monthly car insurance. The staff is amazing. I’m almost done paying off my suv and then we’re heading back to purchase another one from this great place, for a second car for our family. This is the 1st dealership that has treated like a person and not a sale. I’ve been burned by the last 2 dealerships before this one that I had purchased. This was an amazing experience.

Apollon was great. - Twobot

Bought a Honda Civic. Didn’t work out to well car had more issues then originally thought. Mihai bought the car back for what I paid for. No harm no foul he made up for what happened, and I ended up leaving there happy.

I wanted to help my daughter in purchasing a car from - jlfad5

I wanted to help my daughter in purchasing a car from Uxbridge Auto. Working with Russ R. the owner and Luke L. the sales manager was fantastic. Russ and Luke were great in helping her purchase the car that she always wanted. You read about dealerships all of the time, and how their customer service is great, but these guys are the real deal. They are very honest and up front and that is all you can ask. My daughter is very happy, and my wife and I would have no problem buying a car from Uxbridge Auto.

Nice cars at great prices! - Holly

My daughter found a car she wanted to check out at Wakefield Auto Gallery. We live in Maine and I really didn’t want to go that far, but she was having trouble finding what she wanted. Her and I went down and I was surprised to see how many nice cars they had! She ended up getting the car, and at the same time I was thinking to trade my Pilot in. We looked on their website and found a car I really liked and ended up trading mine in and getting it. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because my daughter had trouble with her car and the mechanic(s) couldn’t find anything. My husband was persistent and then they found the problem and fixed it. All was good then. The salesmen are very nice and not pushy, which is something we appreciated.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! - SMB412

I'm not the easiest buyer! No one tried to sell me anything I didn't want!! Dave listened to me and found just what I wanted at a fair price. I will definitely buy next vehicle there and probably the one after that too!

Exceptional Service from Joe Swisher at Lamborghini - nycmikem3

Exceptional Service from Joe Swisher at Lamborghini Boston! I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Lamborghini Boston’s service department, and especially Joe Swisher. From start to finish, Joe provided white-glove service, ensuring that every aspect of my vehicle’s repair was handled with precision, professionalism, and care. Since I had to leave my car in Boston for repairs (from NYC), I was initially concerned about logistics, but Joe made the entire process seamless and stress-free. He was proactive in communication, keeping me updated every step of the way and ensuring that every detail was managed flawlessly.

Professional, helpful, a gentleman, not a pushy sales - allairsystems

My wife and I recently purchased a Porsche 911. - myirocz

My wife and I recently purchased a Porsche 911. Ray and the staff welcomed us into the dealership, answered questions, they were honest and fair. We found a few issues that were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction, in a timely manner and professionally. When we picked up the car, it was clean, shiny, serviced and ready for pickup. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used vehicle. We will definitely purchase another vehicle from this Dealer.

Excellent experiences through complicated circumstances. - Arlington Mom

Excellent experiences through complicated circumstances. I had two leases and then finally bought my EX030 from Volvo Auburn. I worked with Jake in sales and Chris for the financial details. Both of them were helpful, thorough, informative. Both helped me get exactly the car I wanted and the best deal. (And there were complications with the lease that they guided me through!) I hope to be driving my EX30 for a long time, but I'd go back to them in a flash. Really great guys. Also, in my limited experience the service guys are also excellent, and Hannah and Sarah with the details of the electronics. Great people all around. With a car being my second biggest financial decision, I want to deal with people I trust, who are helpful and available. I am so grateful to the people at Volvo Auburn for taking such good care of me!

The dealership was extremely busy! - mfeldman

The dealership was extremely busy! The sales team were friendly and never pressured me. Seems like a great team to work with .

Buying my daughter's first car was a big milestone, and - epalmer7878

Buying my daughter's first car was a big milestone, and Gerry made the entire experience wonderful. From the very beginning, he was kind, honest, and never made us feel pressured. He truly went above and beyond to make sure the car was safe and ready before we picked it up. After having the car thoroughly checked, Gerry fixed everything that needed attention, touched up a few cosmetic details, and even put on a brand-new set of tires. He also included a warranty with the car, which gave us even more peace of mind. On top of that, he assured us that if we ever had any questions or concerns, we could come back anytime and he would be happy to help. It was clear that Gerry genuinely cared about making sure my daughter was getting a reliable vehicle for her first car. It's hard to find someone who takes that much pride in what they do and truly cares about their customers. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend Gerry and his dealership to anyone looking for a trustworthy, honest, and dependable place to buy a car. Thank you, Gerry, for making my daughter's first car-buying experience such a positive and memorable one!

I'm a big fan of variety auto sales. - jtfafard53

I'm a big fan of variety auto sales. When it came down to being in dire need of a vehicle variety put me in a great car in less than one day. Scott, Lisa and Jeff went above and beyond to help me out. They get my highest recommendation.

Jack and Brian were super friendly and honest. They really knew about cars and the nitty-gritty of them. They work on the cars as well as selling. They have good quality cars too. Such a great experience after other bad experiences.

I love this place! - Cusligaceg

I love this place. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I just bought my car here and I will definitely go back. As I’m typing this my friend is on her way to go get her next car at Alliance. She saw mine and loved the quality and price.

Bad Bad Business - Brandy

READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM LEGENDARY MOTORS!! I went to the dealership to purchase a vehicle. I test drove it and there were a few issues. I was told it would be fixed and I will be contacted in 2 days. 3 days later no phone call or anything from the dealership. I called them on the 4th day. I was told those issues were fixed but there was another issue. I asked how long before it will be fixed. I was told "I will call you tomorrow with the details" again no phone call. 2 days later I called. I was told it will take another week before it is fixed. When I asked what was wrong, I never got a straight answer and was told I will be called. 1 week goes by...no phone call. I call again and was told we are still working on it. Now it is going on 2wks. I call again and was told another issue came up. I find out they sold the vehicle to someone else and didn't tell me. I found this out because I emailed and inquired about the vehicle I wanted and was told it was sold. I then called and was told they did sell it. When I asked why did they sell it when it was agreed that I would purchase it, I was told the buyer took it as is. Which means the dealership didn't have to fix anything he just sold it as is and led me on....Very, Very Shady dealership...Doug tells you "I am on your side, I just want to make sure you are in a safe vehicle" "We are not in the business of trying to get over, this business is owned by a woman and can be trusted" but at the same time they string you along until they sell the vehicle to someone else. Check the reviews and the BBB complaints...I wish I did before I wasted almost a month waiting for a promised vehicle that was sold to someone else.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely disappointing experience My - Jacob bass

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely disappointing experience My experience with Shelby Autos was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. From the beginning, the way things were handled felt misleading and unprofessional. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a situation that left me feeling like honesty and transparency were not a priority at this dealership. Communication was poor, and the overall experience made it clear that customer satisfaction is not something they value very highly. Instead of feeling respected as a potential customer, I walked away feeling taken advantage of and extremely dissatisfied with how everything was handled. Buying a vehicle is a big decision, and people deserve to deal with businesses that operate with integrity and transparency. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly encourage anyone considering Shelby Autos to do plenty of research and proceed with caution before doing business with them.

Since Car Five has multiple dealerships (since same - s2hdetail

Since Car Five has multiple dealerships (since same company)I want to share with our experience with Car Five in Nashua NH Beware and stay away !!! Wife was unsatisfied with this company.Never same person to talk with as we did have a salesperson. It was a phone tag situation.Communication was horrible.Very aggressive and rude!!! We gave a $500 deposit and with no receipt signing or paperwork stating it was non refundable we lost $500 as we decided not to purchase car there. Our credit card statement said for gas not deposit. So we paid for a gas bill for $500 that upset us. They also had called and said we can’t take the car until the check clears from the bank where we got approved for the loan that was really disappointing and really upset us because that’s not correct. Then someone different called and said we can take the car home the same day. The way the deal was going ,with all the run around and different things said we felt we needed to not to continue to purchase as we felt if they could be this scummy and pushy. So we lost the down deposit and try to fight it so beware when dealing with them and look at and for paperwork not to be accurate. As a company person I am I would of given deposit back due to all the chaos we had to deal with. They have multiple dealerships so they only care about money not satisfaction. So we went somewhere else got treated like we should and bought a BMW
