My only experience is with service and parts.
Several calls directed to machine with no call back. I seems once they knew it was for a recall they were not interested in helping.
Also contacted parts and got a voicemail, called hour later and got some women. Short, rude to say the least ,seems like I bothered her.
I would just go elsewhere but next dealer 60 miles away.

I would give 0 star if I could. We returned our leased car about 2 weeks ago, and a couple days later after we returned the car, I realized that I left my and my son’s favorite sunglasses in the car. We emailed them and they said they would check into it but we never heard anything back. We emailed them again and even called them, no responses either, all the phone calls were directed to voice mail. We were extremely disappointed and my son felt very sad. Is it so difficult to just get our belongings back? Our family supports local business and we really like Lexus. We were planning about purchasing a new Lexus from them when the coronavirus pandemic is over, but I think they will lose the business from us. DISAPPOINTED！！！There is a management problem. Since there are employees in such a large store who will take the guest's sunglasses, and there is no reply, apologize.

Disappointed by this dealership service department. Took our car here to have them diagnose a suspension shimmy coming from the rear of the car as well as a liftgate intermittent issue with it not opening/closing under power. They visually inspected both and told us there was no issue. My wife took the car for a drive with them and pointed out the suspension issue, which they acknowledged. Their explanation was that the car is older and all older cars have shimmy's. This is a 9 year old 2011 RX 350 with 134,000 miles. After discussing this further, they insisted that visual inspection is the only method they have to diagnose issues like this. This is far below my level of expectation for a dealerships capabilities. I also refuse to believe that Lexus owners just have to accept severe degradation of suspension quality as their vehicles age past 100,000 miles. Won't be going back here. My local small shop can diagnose things visually. Was hoping for more from Lexus. Disappointed.

I just brought them my Mclaren 650 s and they did an outstanding job ! All the employees are top notch and well educated to take on these projects . I always feel at ease when I work with Don Riley and his staff to repair my Saturn. They are honest and fully explain what must be done.
