Consistently excellent service - RH
I have been a customer for 20 years! Lexus service is by far consistent, reliable and the most importantly, genuinely respectful to their customers. I recently started to also go to BMW service for my other car, My God! It was quite an experience Of what not to do with customer service. By far, Lexus sales and services are the best, I have encountered in the last 30 years of my driving/ buying automobile experience. Keep the good work
Exotics - David K
I had Steve’s work on my Lamborghini Murcilago and they did a fine job and a lot less than the dealership would have charged but besides that they kept me well informed ! I just brought them my Mclaren 650 s and they did an outstanding job ! All the employees are top notch and well educated to take on these projects . And my man Steven up front the best and I’ve had a lot of cars and custom cars but he ranks at the top !! Well done all David Karpelenia
Ripped of by service department - NS
I was just wondering if you have serviced your vehicle yet? This Lexus dealer just charged me about $550.00 dollars, before 15% discount for the 30K service, outrageous!!!! Will never buy Lexus again!!!!!
Liars! Liars! Liars! - Aliahmed012
I recently bought a used car from Mariah Boynton. When it came down to signing the papers, we decided to have another look at the car. Going over it again we found that the keyless entry didn’t work yet the push button start did. The dealer as well as the person taking us through the process of signing (Michael Dugan) told us if it didn’t work in a couple days, to bring it back and they would fix it. A couple days go by and the keyless entry still did not work. Took it back to them and they brought out Gregory Edmonson. He tries to fix the car but does the very least to fix the car. He fiddles with the entertainment system for less than 5 minutes and couldn’t find the problem. So he explains to me that they won’t be able to fix it and if I want it fixed I’d have to go to Audi themselves to fix it and that I would have to pay for it out of pocket. Outraged as I am, another man whose name is Miguel Nouhan. He comes out with an attitude like he owns the place. He tries to tell me that the sticker that came with the car is wrong. So I asked if I take it to Audi, would they take care of the money that they would charge me again. Mr. Nouhan said no, they would not. I asked them how come and I began to tell him that I was promised that if it didn’t not work to bring it back and they would fix it. Now here’s where it began to make me really upset and angry how he dealed with it. Mr. Nouhan said “I never promised anything” and said “show me in writing where I promised to that” in a very aggressive tone. We went back inside and Miguel Nouhan said “give the car back to us and I’d rather sell the car to someone else that would enjoy it more than you” in a very condescending way. I used to like this place but after having that experience they will not see me or any of my many friends that I have referred to them. Sorry but they shouldn’t have a tone such as that and they shouldn’t make any promises that they wouldn’t live up to. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
Terrible service and part dept - Mark s.
My only experience is with service and parts.
Several calls directed to machine with no call back. I seems once they knew it was for a recall they were not interested in helping.
Also contacted parts and got a voicemail, called hour later and got some women. Short, rude to say the least ,seems like I bothered her.
I would just go elsewhere but next dealer 60 miles away.
Poor service - MIKI niseisan
Upon my arrival at the service area, I had to look for the service manager, Brad. His office was not marked. After finding him and addressing my concerns with my 2017 Lexus 350, I sat in a bleak waiting area for 2+ hours for the 5,000-mile service on my RX 350. Brad did assure me that the AC fan in my vehicle was OK. I had additional concerns about the transmission. When service was complete, a nice service person advised me that my vehicle was ready, Brad never returned to address my concerns with the transmission. I saw him chatting with another employee in the hallway. I continue to feel that the transmission in my RX 350 is periodically "rough". I have had two Toyota RAV4s. Their transmissions were consistently smoother, both upon acceleration and downshifting.

I always feel at ease when I work with Don Riley and his staff to repair my Saturn. They are honest and fully explain what must be done. The waiting room is very comfortable and the staff extremely friendky and helpful. I would recommend Suburban of West Michigan to anyone needing car repairs, tires, or looking for a used car.
