I had an issue with the speed limiter control on my 2018 Jaguar E-Pace and took my car to the Jaguar Dealership in the Troy Motor Mall in Troy, Michigan. The Service Department, especially service advisor Jeffrey and his immediate superior, spent a lot of time and effort inspecting and testing the car, reading and analyzing the software engineering codes, and working with me so that I would feel comfortable and safe operating the car. Jeffrey even took the car home with him overnight to experience different driving conditions. My issue was resolved, and I am extremely grateful to Jaguar Troy and give them “Five Stars.”

I was driving from Canton Mi to St.Joseph when my air conditioning had broke down, I was,able to Google the dealership location. When I arrived I was politely greeted by Ralf who reassured me that everthing will be taken care of and informed me that the overall time would not be long. In mind I was like great! What else can go wrong and nothing did. My car was fixed and looked over within 1 hour . I recived a follow up call within 2 hours to see how my air conditioning was working and a thank you card in my car. I have never been so impressed with the customer service, promptness, honesty and would highly recommend , Ralph who answered all my questions that I had abt my car and ect. And anyone who wants great service should go to Le Valley.

Kelly at Lincoln of Troy was enormously helpful, kind and considerate to me today. I had been driving my grandchildren to and from school when the light went on stating I had low tire pressure. I decided to take a chance and drive straight to the dealership even although it was 4:45 pm. Despite the fact that the dealership was taking no more appointments, Kelly was kind enough to help me out and put air in my tires, at no cost. I am so enormously relieved to be once again driving a safe car, especially since I have to drive my grandchildren to school early tomorrow morning Kelly made an exception for me and I am very grateful. I had an emergency. The radio would not turn off. Yes, I pushed the on/off button and had the motor shut off with keys in my hand. At 10 PM Joe Lunghamer said he would tow my 4 day old car in the morning and fix it. Sean Snyder service manager,his staff and Ted got the car to me in perfect working order. The sales process with Mike Porter, Gen Sales Mgr, Kim & Kurt was superb.

I’ve been using this dealer’s service department for years, even though they are an hour away based upon how well they treat me as a customer. I do not know cars and the services associates have been superb in answering my questions. Their recommendations for repairs and maintenance repairs have been in line with standard recommendations and I do not feel they are trying to make an extra dollar by performing unnecessary services. The front desk has always been kind in person and over the phone. I would recommend this site if asked for my repair needs.

Have never had a more pleasurable experience with a dealership, fro the purchase to service to parts. These guys are the greatest and will continue to do business with them even though they are over 60 miles away. We have other dealerships closer and have not had the professionalism that McDonald in Clare offers.
