BMW of Minnetonka service department delivered a first class experience for me (again) this week. When my tire was punctured driving in St. Paul (large thin rusty strip of metal), I immediately called the dealership and let them know I’d be limping in (thank you, run-flats!). When I arrived, I was greeted by Josh the service manager who already knew why I was there, processed immediately (without appointment), and handed off to Toby (one of their service advisors). After the technician rapidly assessed the car on the lift and sent me a narrated video showing the significantly damaged tire, and Toby presented several tire options (with printed descriptions and pricing), I decided on my new tire purchase and work started right away. It wasn’t long (while I worked in their spacious lobby) before the car was mounted with the new tires, aligned, and ready! The tires are great and the alignment is perfect. Toby, Josh, the technician, and their porters did an exemplary job of turning the disruption of a blown tire into a very positive experience! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this service department for years, a huge factor in my choice to keeping going back to BMW of Minnetonka for my cars.

Had a accident with my Pearl white Buick. Because my Insurance company had recommended Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park i went there. Set up work to be done, took 1 week to finish. Upon picking my car up it looked alright until i arrived home and parked in my garage.. At which time i seen 2 different colors of paint from the orginal to Morries new paint and the grill/ hood body line was not straight by any means. By the way it took them 3 times to get this straight, which should have been done right the first time. After all they are supposed to be professionals. Every person that looked at the car could see the different paint except for the people at Morries body works. Went back to the body shop and told them my concerns, there excuse was plastic parts look differnt than metal parts, but one metal fender that was replaced was still not any different than the plastic parts painted by Morries Body works. They tried to cover up there poor selection of paint color by as they said feathering the new color onto the hood and passenger door. Which did not work by any means.On my second trip back to complain about the color difference they started telling me i was not seeing what i was seeing and that the color was right, afraid not. Finally i was feed up with there BSing me and telling me i was not seeing what i see, many excuses. I told them i would be taking the car else where... My feelings are stay away from Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park.

Words can not express how grateful I am for the service and total experience I had with BMW Motorwerks. When my car broke down, I reached out to many shops and mechanic friends to see if anything was possible to fix it. Every single one of them told me that it wasn't worth it. This vehicle isn't just my only vehicle I use for my family and I, but it also used to belong to a friend that has passed away. Feeling hopeless, a friend suggested I bring it into BMW Motorwerks. They truly did the impossible - they were able to diagnose and repair my car to full working condition. After being told it was impossible, I am beyond grateful for the team at BMW Motorwerks that brought it back to life. Michelle Phelps especially was professional, courteous, and most importantly empathetic and calming to me in a VERY stressful and hopeless situation. Thank you BMW Motorwerks for everything you do and the amazing work on reviving my vehicle. It's running like a brand new vehicle again and I am very thankful for all of you.
