I purchased a 2018 BMW M3 and I want to send a Thank You to Sonya West (Sales Associate), Richard (Finance Guru) and Kaytelin Stewart (BMW Genius).
Sonya provided individualized service, ensured all my questions were answered, and absolutely no 'pressure sales tactics'. I had done my due-diligence prior to contacting the dealership and Sonya had taken the necessary measures, working with Richard and management to provide a purchase amount that I had requested. Sonya followed-up after the sale and has agreed to be a POC or service appointments, et cetera.
Under no circumstance was this purchase like another other vehicle buying experience, I feel as though my car and I now belong to a group of professionals who want and earned my business.

I come here to replace 4 new tires, they give me two front tires different from two rear tires, they spend 2-3hours for only replace tires! Also i reqired wheel alignment, they are so unprofessional, after the alignment, my car even worse than before, they spend another 2 hours for this. The service staff told me the front control arm should be replaced. After 2 weeks, i go to another bmw delaer near gulfport, they did another wheel alignment and much better than before and they told me the control arm is not necessary to replace. The overall service quality is much better and quicker than the dealer in Jackson. I will never go there again.
