Dawn Mattina was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. She made my wife and I feel comfortable right away and was extremely knowledgeable about the X7. She took the time to answer all of our question end. She made my wife and I feel comfortable right away and was extremely knowledgeable about the X7. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel pressured. One thing that really stood out was how open and honest Dawn was throughout the entire process. She was always easy to reach, communicated with us consistently, and responded quickly whenever we had a question or needed something. That level of communication made the whole experience much easier and gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. Dawn even took the time to give us a tour of the entire dealership, explaining what each department was responsible for and introduced us to some of the employees along the way. It was a small touch, but it really showed us that she wanted us to feel comfortable and know the people and team behind our purchase. Dawn also helped guide us through what we honestly felt was an impossible situation with our trade and somehow made it all work. We really appreciate her patience, professionalism, and willingness to work with us. The entire team at the dealership was phenomenal. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and made sure my wife and I were taken care of. You could tell that providing a great customer experience was important to everyone, not just our salesperson. The finance manager also deserves recognition. He took the time to come out, greet us personally, and make us feel welcome. When it came time to sign the paperwork, he made the process incredibly easy by explaining each and every document and making sure we understood everything before moving on. We never felt rushed or like we were just another customer trying to get through the door. The entire experience was easily the best vehicle-buying experience we’ve ever had. We absolutely love the X7 and couldn’t be happier with our decision. I would highly recommend Dawn to anyone looking to purchase a BMW. She provides fantastic service, genuinely cares about her customers, and goes above and beyond to make the experience a great one. We’ll definitely be coming back to Dawn for our next BMW! More
