OIL CHANGE - NOTHANKS
HAD AN 1030 APPOINTMENT TO HAVE MY OIL CHANGED, DIDN'T EVEN GET MY VEHICLE IN TIL AFTER 1230, FINALLY GOT MY VEHICLE AROUND 200, THEY TOLD ME THEY GOT SWAMPED BY DROP IN OIL CHANGES, I FEEL IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT IT SHOULD TAKE PRECEDENT OVER DROP INS, IT IS TIME TO CHANGE YOUR POLICY

The owners and staff are top rate. It is easy to get an appointment for service. I travel over 50 mikes to have them service my vehicle rather than have it serviced at a local dealer. They set an appointment that is within the next few days. The staff is friendly, courteous, and competent. Their facility is excellent in providing a clean, comfortable area in which to wait while my vehicle is serviced. I would highly recommend Kirk Auto to family and friends.

Very friendly staff and excellent service!!! Had an emergency with the 2012 Expedition leaking coolant and they quickly identified the problem and corrected it. Took care of it in 9hrs.
Service department goes above and beyond - RMoore
Really impressed with the service dept in Cleveland. They have taken care of many of my vehicles, always in timely and professional manner. They also give me heads up to things I need to prepare for, and go extra mile to make sure work is done right. I had a Focus that was part of the national recall. They proactively alerted me, and unlike many Focus owners I read about in other places, I did not have to take the car back many times to get it really fixed.
TSB repair on my Shelby GT350 - Mustangr
The service department at Butch Ostelet in Gulfport is a very good service department. There was a TSB on my Shelby GT350 that needed doing. Adam took my car in service and treated it like it was his own. He kept me notified of progress of the repair by a new text message and email system at the dealership. I really like that system. It worked great! The TSB was done to my satisfaction and the car returned to me in a timely manner. I will be be bringing my other fords here for service. I will also recommend them to anyone that questions where to take their car for service. I did not purchase my car from Butch Ostelet as I was living 60 miles away at that time. Now that I live close to Butch Ostelet, I see no reason to drive 60 miles to the selling dealer when great service like that at Butch Ostelet is so close.
Dissatisfied with service department - bm39459
Laurel Ford service department has the car we bought 5 months ago in their shop for the fourth time with the same problem (6th time it's been in a shop since buying 5 months ago) They either don't know what they are doing or they don't want to fix it. Either way, our experience with this has been horrible. The car has been there 7 days right now, it is Friday and they say they may have it fixed by Tuesday of next week because the fuel pump has not come in. I have NO IDEA why they did not ship it overnight! That is 11 days it will be in their shop, if it is even fixed then. Very unacceptable! Ford Motor Co will not stand behind their brand either. Customer service is a joke!

I was dealing with Danny Barnett on the phone for a day and a half. I had found a truck on autotrader listed about $3000 under what it should of been listed. I called and they said they would honor the price, though they said it was a mistake and should of been about 3k more. I thought awesome, I got lucky. Well we were back and forth all day, they had me fill out paperwork online for my possible trade in, they got an oil change and supposedly cleaned it up as they were going to deliver it to me. We had already sent my financing over to my credit union. At around 4pm that day Danny informed me that someone else put a deposit on the truck and I would not be getting it. He knew very well that the truck was going to be sold to me. I know this is not against any laws. But this is morally and ethically wrong and I will never do business with these people. I have bought a bunch of vehicles from this dealership even though the service dept is terrible. I am having alot of trouble out of my last purchase and the dealership has been giving me the run around about fixing the situation. The management doesnt realize they will not only lose my business but they will also lose several other customers who go to the dealership because of me.
Sold me a lemon they done work on and refuse any help - Madkingranch2012
Bought a 2012 king ranch from premier in October 2017 they refused to give me any history on the truck .. Had to replace the crankshaft seal they put in it along with the fuel rail which found out after purchase truck been towed 7 times since purchase ... Stan grunnels told me in July after the truck quit that if I towed it from Florida to there shop he would trade me out of it ... Got it to him and he once again refuse to offer any help other than it was not his problem and he wasn't gonna touch the truck again .... Still owe 26 k on the truck had to buy another truck to travel for work now we are having to pay for both vehicles ... At this point the only help i want from them is to buy the lemon they sold me back or pay to have the engine repaured in it and I will continue to pay for it .... Just a lol help Stan wasn't asking for a full refund by any means . we have only put 22k miles on this truck .it had been towed 7 times ... In 10 months ....

Invited to come view a vehicle we had been searching for, and after having seen and liked the vehicle and waiting in the salesmans office for the final price, watched another salesman right outside the window back into "our" vehicle. Hard. Very hard. Enough to rock it back and forth several times. And he didn't even stop; literally left the premises. After all said and done, general manager says it needs to be fixed and won't come off the price. The price they were dropping because we had driven over at their invitation to pay the dropped price and buy the vehicle. He acted like we were somehow at fault. Never seen anything like it. The salesman, Ronnie Henderson, was great. The gm, Mr. Classy, was definitely not. Surreal
Get Everything in writing, don't expect much! - Hkw
We had a decent buying experience; then came to when we'd signed papers and we became the afterthought.
We requested an oil change, tank of gas (was on a quarter of a tank) and a detail (the car was pretty 'lived in') of our used vehicle. I took it in the next day, to receive that. They spent 2 hours "detailing" the car, it was too late to change the oil so I got an IOU, but I did get a tank of gas ($30).
The next day in the daylight I inspected the car, and noticed that whoever had done the detailing had left a LOT to be desired. Gum in the carpet, trash in the seat tracks, melted candy on the seatbelts, chocolate finger prints and mud smears on the interior lighting. I called my salesperson, and requested they redo the detailing because it was horrible. She agreed, but did point out that "nobody had ever complained about their detail guy before". I got the feeling I was being a huge annoyance for them.
The second time around-they changed the oil-super fast at their quick lube. They also redid the detailing, which got the things they'd missed before but I was brought outside so the detail guy could "show me he got it all". Shouldn't that have been done the first time?
Which leads us to our SECOND problem with this dealership. We broke our down payment into two payments. We agreed on two dates, both of which the financing manager and the salesperson heard and ALSO agreed on. They requested we write a check, and they hold it to those dates. We said okay, but we'd bring in cash on those dates. They said, oh don't worry, we understand, we will not cash those checks until that day if you haven't brought in cash. Good deal, right? The first date came, we brought in a large amount of cash, no problem. Got handed our check back, easy peasy. The next deadline looms closer, and I had the cash the day before the deadline, so I texted the salesperson to let her know I'd be coming in a day early with cash. She said okay, no problem. I show up at the dealership and get told sorry, but we've already deposited your check. A day early, a full 24 hours before the date that was agreed upon by the finance manager, ourselves, and the salesperson.
I texted the salesperson and expressed my disappointment, and reiterated that I believed this was HORRIBLE customer service-what kind of dealership completely goes back on their word? I told her the facts-because I had cash, I was going to have to drive 2 hours round trip to the nearest after hours cash deposit ATM so our account wasn't overdrafted. I also asked her how she and the dealership planned to make this horrible oversight right, before I jumped the gun and made any reviews on line. I as a business owner would have jumped at that opportunity, but the next morning, I got a message from a completely uninvolved individual from the company, with a picture of a note handwritten that I nor my husband wrote, along with the words "This is the note that was attached to the check and those instructions were followed. I'd suggest you quit with the verbal trash talking". So let it be known that this unrelated individual called me a trash talker for being upset with the level of customer service that was being provided to me at that point. Good to know that's how this dealership is represented.
A further text from my salesperson stated that they went above and beyond by giving me gas, an oil change, and a detail, and that's not standard or policy for their used vehicles.
So, just an FYI before you purchase from these people-get EVERYTHING in writing. EVERYTHING. Their word means NOTHING. Also-if you're buying used and expect a clean vehicle with an oil change and a tank of gas, that's not standard or policy, so you're expecting them to go above and beyond.

An Excellent Dealership! - Renee Rates
In May of 2016 I had to make an emergency stop at their service center because the bumper cover on my Ford Fusion detached on the interstate. At the time, my mother and I were driving across country to Nevada, and it's a blessing that this dealership was conveniently located right off the interstate. As I drove into the service station, I was greeted very warmly by the service repair technician, as well as the sales agent, Mr. Ray Adams, who took very good care of the proceedings on my vehicle repairs. Mr. Adams went above and beyond his professional duties as a sales agent, as he offered us water, and made us feel right at home. Not to mention, the maintenance work was of no charges to me.
