Always seem friendly and keep you informed of progress. Offer suggested for maintenance and repairs if necessary but you would think a luxury brand offer perks such as lifetime rotation and balance if you buy tires there but they don’t. Seems strange.

We will definitely be returning for future service appointments. Caressa walked us through the appointment since this was the first time my son was bringing his car in for an oil change. She found a coupon for us to use also so that was an additional perk! Our experience was great at Creve Coeur Audi!
