Easiest purchase I’ve ever had for a vehicle!!! Excellent service. I picked what I wanted, couple phone calls, test drive, signed papers and drove it home.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2023 - romeb47

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2023 Certified Pre-Owned Jeep Grand Cherokee from Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Helena, and I can honestly say this was one of the most enjoyable dealership experiences I’ve ever had. I initially found the vehicle online and, after several conversations with Used Car Manager Levi, arranged business travel from my home in Colorado to Helena, Montana, to personally inspect and test-drive the Jeep. From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. I met both Sales Managers, Jory and Matt, who were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my visit. I also had the pleasure of meeting General Manager Dillon Roloff, an impressive young professional whose leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction. Dillon even offered to arrange transportation of my new Jeep directly to my home in Colorado, making an already outstanding experience that much better. Having spent many years in the automotive industry and visited countless dealerships, I can sincerely say that I have rarely encountered such a well-rounded, professional, and genuinely personable team. Every individual I interacted with demonstrated the kind of customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail that sets a dealership apart. Lithia CJDR of Helena has built something special. From management to the sales team, the level of professionalism and genuine care for the customer is remarkable. A sincere thank-you to Levi, Jory, Matt, Larry, and Dillon for making this purchase such a positive experience. Your dealership has earned my respect, appreciation, and highest recommendation. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle, don't hesitate to give Lithia CJDR of Helena an opportunity to earn your business. I traveled all the way from Colorado, and I'm glad I did! Five stars — an outstanding team and an exceptional dealership experience!

I recently was driving home and a deer ran into my car - shepherdw2k

I recently was driving home and a deer ran into my car ending up in a total loss. I contacted Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Great Falls and spoke with Kevin Emhoff and he told me about some options. I want to say that this was the easiest experience obtaining a new vehicle. I recommend speaking with Kevin when getting your next vehicle.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and was able to get service quickly. Grant & Julian were very good at listening about my concerns. Told me what other maintenance I should think about (windshield wipers & air filter) but were not hard sales pitch about getting it done. Great to go to a dealership where your patronage is appreciated!

My daughter was rear ended on her way back to school in Missoula. We live 3 hours the opposite direction. Mike and Dave were instrumental in getting her car taken care of allowing us to just worry about her. Great guys!
