Recall of airbag inflator - Raider3131
Had to bring in my dodge ram pickup in for an airbag inflator recall and replacement. Sorry to say i dont recall the names of the people who helped me but they were all very helpful. Even walked around the dealership lot to look at some new vehicles and was asked if i needed any help to not hesitate to ask for it.

I had complicated repair done on my Ecodiesel. I am from Wyoming, so I was stranded. It was done in a timely manner. Josh is who I dealt with and was extremely helpful and realistic in the time frame needed for the repair.

Pleased with the internet search and offer on website. When I contacted dealer (Andrew) he explained each item of the RAM for sales. Made fair offer and after a few calls the deal was done.
What I did not expect was the welcome and informative treatment received when I came to pickup the vehicle. Excellent customer service from sales and service.

The last three vehicles I bought at Don K were awesome experiences. When I was in a bind and needed a car NOW they helped me out in a matter of hours. When it was time to trade in the car for a mini van--I didn't think twice. Sadly my most recent (and last) sales experience with Don K wasn't so great. The vehicle is awesome and the trade in went smoothly enough. But all the little things add up and I have to say the whole thing felt a little slimy.
On all my previous purchases I drove away with a full tank of gas. This time they "forgot". They used to also offer a free first oil change on new cars as well but that went away. I was offered a military discount but I'd rather change it myself and save even more. I asked about hooking up a cell phone and was told its easy--it's not. They used to do it for you. They was a courtesy tire inflation kit which I thought was kind of neat--until I found out that they don't include a spare tire any more. The reasoning: since you have free road side assistance you don't need it. But what if your out of a service area?
Before the sale was even final the salesman asked me if he could send me a survey to my mobile phone. Then he borrowed my phone to pull it up for me but completed it himself--giving himself top marks. When I found it o Google Reviews later, I removed it.

This dealer lied to me about condition of truck on line. I made the mistake of thinking a small town dealership would have integrity. Boy was I wrong!! These crooks sold a truck with oil and coolant leaks. I'm sure they moved the truck before I arrived to conceal the oil on the lot. Understanding it was a used truck I was willing to work with them after finding the issues not disclosed at the time of sale. Although I asked directly if there was anything I would need address when I got home. After being contacted they stalled with the answer to helping with the repairs until the cashiers check cleared. It took less than four days to have a two foot oil stain in my driveway. And then WAS TOLD IT'S YOUR PROBLEM NOW. I WOULD AVOID THIS DEALER, YOU WILL BE LIED TOO!

I went in three times to get some repairs done including rattles and fog lights. I told them I was heading to Pennsylvania towing a trailer and wanted the truck looked over well so to be road ready (temperatures have been over 100 degrees). It took three trips to get one rattle repaired and a fog light replaced. The second fog light was still loose, a rattle is still present, and there was NO ANTIFREEZE in the fill container! Also, the air filter was dirty, the windshield fluid was empty, and the battery terminal was caked in corrosion! Luckily I drove a tractor trailer for a living for 30 years and know to check behind mechanics, otherwise it could have been tragic! Don't let anyone who is not knowledgeable go to this dealership for service, it may be their last trip!
