20 Montana Ram Dealers
Never again. - Jeff
Before I get roasted for this, I understand the mistake I made in purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. I will explain..
I was not in the market for a truck until 2 days prior to taking a 3 week trip with my camper when the truck I had planned to use developed emissions issues and could not be repaired in time. So, I instead planned to trade in a 2021 Ram 2500 with the 6.4L (gas) for a 2020 2500 6.7L (Diesel) available at this lot.
Upon initial inspection and test drive, everything seemed fine. No major issues beyond a small dent on the edge of the tailgate that had pulled the paint and was touched up. Walking around the truck several times, there were no noticeable issues. I made the deal. I should have recognized the red flags to how many times the clear carfax was referenced..
The next day, when I was in the bed of the truck, I noticed the roof of the cab. It had numerous hail dents, some were baseball size. I took pictures and sent to the salesman immediately. He did acknowledge the pictures but had little to say about what we could do. I said I would be in when I returned from my trip in 3 weeks.
When I returned, I was basically told I was a liar. The sales manager said, "There is no way we missed that damage in our inspection", when obviously their was a way they missed it. Any suggestion I made to validate the pictures as prior damage were not acknowledged. I asked if they seriously believed this damage occurred in the 24 hours that I had the vehicle. No response. I explained, If this were true, they would also have to acknowledge that I put on a new hood, windshield and everything else? No comment to that either.
I honestly believe this was a turn and burn. They knew what they were selling and passed the loss to the customer.. me.. the sucker. The result is, I will pay for a truck that was sold at market value knowing it valued less with this damage.
Yes, I should have checked the cab before I purchased this truck and when I get my next one, I will but it will NOT be at this dealership after they failed to look at the facts and put 100% of the expense on me.

Do Not ever buy a vehicle here! - jamiesummers1986
Do Not ever buy a vehicle here! They will not stand behind their vehicles even 7 days after purchasing. We have been stranded numerous times in a vehicle that has had nothing but problems. Parts are months out and bow we are left without a vehicle. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!!

Buying a vehicle from Billion was one of the biggest - Emmielou
Buying a vehicle from Billion was one of the biggest mistakes I could have ever made. I thought randash was bad. Yea buying a car from billion will ruin your life. I’ll start off with the sales person I bought the car from. He tells me he’ll walk me through all the features of my vehicle after all my paperwork is done. Once, I finished I go over to his side and he tells me someone bought a truck from him the other day and is coming in to figure out some stuff so I can just google and YouTube the features of my car…… Now the service side I have had the thing for a little over a year. And, have had it in almost every month for repairs since. Billions service department is the most incompetent entity I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Aside from the constant lying from them I had to fight with them to repair anything and everything because they would tell me nothings wrong or they just couldn’t figure it out even when there was OBD2 codes. I had to go to Missoula multiple times they got it in, diagnosed it and fixed it no issues. Now the finance department been trying to get in contact with them. Have left them voicemails and emails and still haven’t heard from them. I grew up here I know a lot of people. I work many jobs where I am constantly talking to people. Like Uber. I have already been telling people to stay away from Billion and they have bought cars elsewhere. Every chance I get I’ll be telling people to not go through Billion it’ll be the biggest mistake they could make.

These guys were great. It worked really hard to give me into a beautiful new vehicle. Even with questionable credit. They made it happen. Professional, courteous. No high pressure, good honest people to work with.
I have had nothing but a good experience so far with - melcrane
I have had nothing but a good experience so far with them. They took care of my car and if anything went wrong afterwards, they would ensure it got fixed. They are very friendly there and always willing to help.
Passing through on vacation. - Karljfox
Passing through on vacation. They did their best to get me back on the road. Very knowledgeable of issues associated with systems of 2015 F350 diesel 6.7. All service staff helped get us back on the road. Very friendly people.

My daughter was rear ended on her way back to school in Missoula. We live 3 hours the opposite direction. Mike and Dave were instrumental in getting her car taken care of allowing us to just worry about her. Great guys!

Horrible wiring repair, looked like a backyard repair. - beaugranbois
Took my vehicle in for a repair. After they ordered the wrong part they got it installed and it didn't fix the issue. They traced the issue to a short in the rear hatch and said it was the rear latch. Which is funny because it was the one thing that was working the best. So after they replaced the latch it still didn't fix the issue and they still had a short in the system. Turns out there was broken or shorted wires in the wire loom between the body and rear hatch. So they repaired those. After a week and several calls they told me it was done and everything was working. I picked it up right before closing and everything seemed to be working until I put it in reverse and my back up camera didn't work, which it did before. I took it right back to the shop and the service guy told me he would talk to his guy and get ahold of me. It's been almost a week and nothing. So over the weekend I pulled the wire loom and took a look at the wires and there were three broken wires and three wires that had been very poorly repaired. I was an electrician on helicopters in the Marines and know what a poor wire repair looks like and how easily they fail. They simply took three 1-2" pieces of wire that were two gauges too big, poorly soldered them and wrapped them in electrical tape. So, needless to say I repaired the wires myself, all of them, properly with a hot solder joint and shrink wrap. And as I was pulling the electrical tape off of one of they're "fixes" the wire broke. I'm not complaining about the customer service or even the price, but the quality of work was that of a backyard mechanic. And now I'm questioning if the $480 in parts was the problem or if it was simply a broken wire?
Horrible - Jared
Refused to help look up a part despite calling ahead and verifying they would. Arrived there 10 minutes later and nobody could/would help, waste of time.
