We received excellent service from our salesman. He was willing to assist us in looking at multiple pickups as we compared different years of manufactured. He even researched the ability to add a rear camera to the 2016 model. The only negative was the long wait for the documents!

Outstanding with non-overly aggressive & annoying sales staff, all personnel are knowledgeable and happy to help you out but aren’t going to trample you to death in fighting to get more out of you!

The sales team was awesome. Found me exactly what I was looking for but a better model. Very happy with my truck. I would definitely come back and refer others to Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Great Falls.

These guys were great. It worked really hard to give me into a beautiful new vehicle. Even with questionable credit. They made it happen. Professional, courteous. No high pressure, good honest people to work with.
Professional and very friendly service - tjcole12
We were only in the Flathead area for a week and the day before we were to leave, my 2012 Charger blew a aluminum heater hose. I limped into the dealer with steam billowing out of my hood and they dropped what they were doing and came out to help. Even though it was late on a Friday, they quickly diagnosed what the problem was, ordered the part and the very hour it came in (the following Tuesday), they swapped out the part for way under the price the originally quoted me.
Tim in the Service dept. was stellar and helped me get back on the road to meet my deadlines.
I really appreciate these guys and their willingness to help the customer.
Thank you again for the great experience!!
Horrible wiring repair, looked like a backyard repair. - beaugranbois
Took my vehicle in for a repair. After they ordered the wrong part they got it installed and it didn't fix the issue. They traced the issue to a short in the rear hatch and said it was the rear latch. Which is funny because it was the one thing that was working the best. So after they replaced the latch it still didn't fix the issue and they still had a short in the system. Turns out there was broken or shorted wires in the wire loom between the body and rear hatch. So they repaired those. After a week and several calls they told me it was done and everything was working. I picked it up right before closing and everything seemed to be working until I put it in reverse and my back up camera didn't work, which it did before. I took it right back to the shop and the service guy told me he would talk to his guy and get ahold of me. It's been almost a week and nothing. So over the weekend I pulled the wire loom and took a look at the wires and there were three broken wires and three wires that had been very poorly repaired. I was an electrician on helicopters in the Marines and know what a poor wire repair looks like and how easily they fail. They simply took three 1-2" pieces of wire that were two gauges too big, poorly soldered them and wrapped them in electrical tape. So, needless to say I repaired the wires myself, all of them, properly with a hot solder joint and shrink wrap. And as I was pulling the electrical tape off of one of they're "fixes" the wire broke. I'm not complaining about the customer service or even the price, but the quality of work was that of a backyard mechanic. And now I'm questioning if the $480 in parts was the problem or if it was simply a broken wire?
not being honest - Agus65
just wanted to let you know when I had my jeep service that was ok but when I ask the service manger to order me a steering wheel for my trail hawk he told me 200.00 for the steering wheel and 50.00 for labor and I thought he was being honest about the price instead he was ripping me off I call jeep in Missoula they told me 70.00 for the steering wheel I call the service manger back and cancel my order he told me that he could do it for 130.00 if that was the case why didn't he call me back and tell me that price Instead he was going to let me pay that 250.00 amount this is unprofessional how can I shop local and think you guys are being honest I Hope you can prove to me that this isn't going to happen again thank you I hope the owner see's what is going on here before it is to late
Horrible - Jared
Refused to help look up a part despite calling ahead and verifying they would. Arrived there 10 minutes later and nobody could/would help, waste of time.
Unnecessary fraudulent repair attempts - kjackson
I have a Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel truck that requires an anti pollution additive called DEF (Diesel Emission Fluid). When the Truck was new at 3000 miles 2015, my wife was 1/4 miles from home and accidentally added 1/8 cup of Diesel fuel additive to the Emission Fluid tank. Immediately realizing her mistake she parked the truck at the gas station, walked home and called the Billion Auto's service department and made arrangements to have the truck towed on a flatbed to the dealership to have the holding tank flushed. She was instructed by the service department to go ahead and drive it 45 miles to the dealership and that there would be no way the fuel additive would reach any critical parts based on mileage and consumption and a full DEF tank. Following Billions advice, we drove the vehical to the service department where they confirmed there was a small mount of contaminant and then quoted $6000.00 full DEF system replacement "because the vehical had been driven in and some of the contaminate might have made it into other systems." I had the truck placed on a flatbed and towed to Yellowstone Country Motors. Yellowstone Country Motors disassembled the DEF tank and flushed the parts, reassembled and had me back on the road in an hour for $96 and had been running flawlessly for 30,000 miles
In May 2020, in the middle of the Corona outbreak Billion called asking to preform some recall work that I was told would be 100% covered by warranty, I decided to allow them to work on it in spite of our last encounter to try to support local businesses during hard times. A big mistake. Four days after dropping it off Billion called me and said that there was an error light from the DEF system and that someone had filled it with Diesel fuel, it would not be covered by warranty and cost to fix was $2800.00. Once again I took it over to Yellowstone Country Motors where they ran a contaminate test and found NO Contamination but did find a bad float sending unit. The part was replaced under warranty with a $100 deductible.
Billion Auto has tried to take advantage of us not just once but twice to the total tune of $8600.00 in unnecessary repairs. I cant help but believe that this is a cultural business ethic being demonstrated and I hope the Better Business Bureau and Dodge Corporate will investigate and take appropriate action to protect local consumers.
