Garrett made my experience at toyota of Bozeman quick and - Kevin

Garrett made my experience at toyota of Bozeman quick and easy. Young kid but he knows what he’s doing. Overall I have never been happier buying a truck

The people were pleasant and the experience was great. - Derek

The people were pleasant and the experience was great. I appreciate the Airport pickup and overall communication was very good. If I have the opportunity, would love to give City Toyota my business again.

Poor sales rep. - wescouture054

Poor sales rep. Very slow servicing vehicle. Very poor customer service. We've had our 2017 highlander for about a week and the transmission went out. It took them 4 weeks to even get it diagnosed so we could get a rental. Who knows how much longer to fix it. I will never buy there again!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. - Casey Nichols

If I could give 0 stars, I would. 2 days ago, I called this dealership to confirm availability on a truck they had listed for sale. I spoke to sales rep Jared Benson and confirmed it was available. We set up an appointment for this morning 7/12/26 to test drive the truck. I told him that my financing was all set and after the call, he texted me to confirm the appointment. I took the day off work and drove 3 hours for the meeting. It was then, I found out that they sent the truck off to auction and it wasn’t available. Not only that, but when I asked Jared if he remembers making an appointment, he said, “not to sound unprofessional, but I talk to a lot of people. “ Then he walked away to work on closing another sale with another couple. Not even an apology. I lost several hundred dollars by taking the day off and driving over there- just to be treated like trash! Stay away from this dealership and especially Jared Benson! I’ve never been treated with such a lack of consideration and decency.

Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had at a - solduc

Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealer. Went in to see about purchase of a new car and since they didn't have any, they pushed used cars on me. Salesman and finance person did not know the advertised price of cars. It was in fact a little odd and kinda scary how they acted. I wouldn't set foot in that place again or any dealership under the Butte Auto dealerships. It was comparable only to a sales pitch from the carnival people at the fair. very poor. Avoid.

I had a great experience with Toyota of Helena! - Curtis B

I had a great experience with Toyota of Helena! From start to finish, the entire team was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. They took the time to answer my questions, made sure I was comfortable with everything, and never made me feel pressured. I'm absolutely loving my Toyota Tundra! It's everything I was looking for and more. You can tell Toyota of Helena genuinely cares about its customers and making sure they leave happy. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend checking out Toyota of Helena. Great people, great service, and an overall fantastic experience!

Best Ford Dealership I have ever been too. - jerryslaugh

Best Ford Dealership I have ever been too. All employee were awesome. But particularly Nicole, the lady who was working the check in at the service desk. I was 10 hours from home on a trip to Helena when my truck broke down. Limped it into the dealership and talked with Nicole. Not only did she help me right away, she actually diagnosed the problem before they ran the diagnosis. She knew here stuff. This dealership was busy with appointments and still found a way to get me in. And they did it in half the time they told me it would take. Having Nicole up front and her mechanic knowledge, lets me know that the mechanics doing the work must really know their stuff. And they all showed that!!! Thank You for making my vacation to Helena Great!!!
