We were dealing with the Fallout from a no fault of our own Collision. Our car was totaled. If our Stellar insurance company had their way we would have been walking in nowhere Montana for 10 days. Enter Butte Toyota. We got exactly the truck we were looking for and they went out of their way to get it and bring it back. Not only that, but after I commiserated and explained our situation to Jenny our sales person, she came to the rescue in a big way. And her sales manager Tony Michlig, well he backed her 100% in her efforts to help us as her customer. They gave us a loaner car because we were doing modifications on our truck. This is not withstanding the fact that we were waiting on insurance money to come through in order to be able to make the deal. I should also state that we were still waiting on our bank loan because we were waiting on insurance money from that once again stellar and quick moving and totally responsive Insurance Company, lets just say they were Unusually Selfish And Arrogant and leave it at that. I can't even begin to tell you how much help and relief this assistance from the folks at Butte Toyota was to my wife and I, given the bad experience we were dealing with from the insurance company. We had a great truck to drive and it was help beyond words. Once our loan was finalized and I was able to go in and purchase the truck they had it ready on time, with everything I asked for and I couldn't have been happier. I'm not kidding you here, this is unquestionably the best customer service I have ever had in any car buying experience. Now, to top things off, it turns out that the owner David Billion happened to be in the store the day I made my purchase. He went out of his way to come out and meet me and hear my story. I got to talk to him a little bit about the history of the store and learn a little bit without his leadership style, as if I needed to. It was on full display the entire time I worked with Butte Toyota to buy this truck. Here's the important thing. In my dealings with these folks, every time I mentioned how much what they did for me meant to me they just acted like it was another day at work and another customer helped. They didn't act like it was a big deal but it was a big deal to us. So I just want to close by saying thanks once again for the great service. We look forward to doing our maintenance there at the dealership and we look forward to a long relationship with Butte Toyota. Thanks Tony and Jenny for all you did, Tammy and I won't forget it.

Nine weeks ago a flew from Denver to Montana to pick up my FJ Crusier. The negotiations were complete. The financing with Bank of America sent to the head of their finance department and the sales person "Craig" in advance. When I arrived the salesman demanded full payment saying the loan arrangements I made had nothing to do with the dealership and were between me and them. The general manager "MIke" temporarily mitigated the issue so I was able to drive the car home with temporary tags. Those tags expired 10 days ago. The DMV here in Arapahoe County recieved the title/assignment paperwork 7 weeks after the purchase. It was incorrectly filled out and incomplete. They sent if back to the dealership to correct the deffiencies. I learned through Toota of America that the dealership claims they were done correctly. Stuck without a registered car. I regret doing business with this dealership and urge you to avoiud them.
The dealership does not respond to me emails or calls. Aweful. I have also learned that Toyota of America has essentially no leverage of their dealerships and can do nothing to help.

We bought a yearold Sienna, Had serious cold weather related problems with sliding doors and being unable to start the car in near zero temps. they hauled it in, couldn't find anything wrong, and we got a big bill for nothing. they coulden't get the sliding doors to work in sub-zero temps, but they charged us. They probably tore the do it yourself section out of the owner's manual; why would the previous owner do that? There were other minor iritations. Then we bought a Tacoma 4X4 which may or may not have been wrecked.They didn't mention that it had, and it was all nice and shiny, so I didn't think to ask; tools at the paint several years tell, a story. Most of the paint seems normally faded, but several areas haven't faded?! If that wasn't Enough to put us off we bought tires,at a higher price than at our usual, Capitol City Tire,cause we needed?an alignment. had a flat tire and the wouldn't fix it free, as Capitol does. Iwas pissed and am every time I look at my truck, daily; So I drove it to Capitol City Tire, and they fixed it for free, even tho' I told them where I got the tires. Capitol has been doing all our tires and maintainence since. I love Toyota, but won't buy another from Hel Motors.
