I first became acquainted with Lexus when I brought my 2003 Lexus RX 350 to them for a repair. I was impressed with their service and professionalism and decided then when it was time to look for a newer Lexus, I’d be back. In March of this year, I used their buyer friendly website to look for the right car and made an appointment to test drive several. I made the decision to purchase a 2022 Lexus RX 350 with low mileage that day! The purchase process was very easy and painless. There was a minor upholstery issue identified the day of purchase, that Rene said they would address when I returned to the dealership. Due to travel and an illness I wasn’t able to call Lexus until this month, August, to ascertain if it was too late to handle the upholstery issue. Without hesitation Rene made the appointment with me immediately. Rene is a 5 Star employee in my book! Her follow up with me the following day to ensure I was satisfied with the results of the repair was so appreciated.
The upholstery repair was completed and I couldn’t be happier. I retired after 40+ years in retail sales and I recognize the importance of a work environment that is positive for the employees and its customers. The Dolan Family has it all and I’m proud to be a part!
