I would never recommend this dealership. I called so many times trying to have my questions answered about my trade in and new financing. No one would all me back. I tried calling and texting my sales rep Dante about the EDRS paperwork so I could get my new registration tags. Completely ghosted! I had to cancel my own DMV registration with my old tags for the vehicle I traded in. I also have emailed the GM Stephen Beecher for help/assistance.. never heard back from him either. When I finally got someone on the phone a month later than my initial transaction and purchase they had informed me that my sales rep had my email address incorrect, so now I'm stuck paying the late fee to get my registration. Unacceptable and unprofessional! Also - this dealership bribes customers to leave 5 star reviews. We were offered 2 Target gift cards if we left them a 5 star review on Google and/or Yelp. I'm utterly disgusted with this dealership and how unprofessional they are.
