The dealership was very organized and everyone was well dressed and respectful. I really enjoyed Ryan, who helped me he was a great help. He actually looked out for me which a lot of dealers dont do especially because I am a young first time buyer!

I'm giving 1 star due to an issue that happened after the sale, my salesperson (Eric Howard is 5 stars). He was not pushy and listened to my needs and kept in communication with me before I selected a vehicle.
The 1 star is due to covered up damage (scratches) on the right side of the car, I thought my car was keyed within 3 weeks of my getting it.
So, I made a claim with my insurance company. I found a body shop, took the car in and the estimator asked me if I had painted the scratches. I said no, no reason for me to do that when I could have it properly fixed.
He said that this was pre-existing damage that was covered by the dealer, to the unsuspecting person that would buy the car.
So, I go to the dealer from which I had previously purchased (2) new vehicles over the previous 6 years. They go out with me to look at it and say "there is no paint there and that happened after I bought the car.
The sales manager then goes to someone over him, comes back 2 minutes later and says " we can't help you". Get a second opinion.
So, I leave disappointed and get that second opinion. Guess what? the 2nd guy confirms what the first body shop guy says. "it was covered up"
Although, I'm not surprised. I called United Nissan today thinking they will help out a long time customer and make it right. Nope, I talk to the same sales manager as the first time who also worked the deal with my salesperson.
He says, "it wasn't there or the person who traded in the car did that" Really?? He says let me talk to an upper boss and I will call you back, he calls back and says the owner said they will not do anything for me.
Wow, so they are ok with losing a long time customer and I will let everyone I know how they treat people.

Save yourself NEVER go to this delearship and have this guy rip-off your hard earned money!

Brought the ‘16 Rogue w/ 50,000 miles currently
to Autonation Nissan Las Vegas to have the AC check due to insufficient cold air. Omar the service advisor told me that car needs to be left at the dealership to have it check. After 2 days Omar said that my AC compressor is busted and needs to be replace.
Quoted me for $1,100 plus tax and labor fee, he claimed that he also had the freon checked and have the o-rings replaced for free but did not fix it. I decided to just pull out the car to take it another mechanic for 2nd opinion. But Omar said you still have to pay $170 for the diagnostic fee just in case you didn’t know even you decline the repair. To make it short end up paying
$195.50 and still have the receipt as a proof!
I brought the car to another mechanic and the new mechanic said your car only needs to have an AC recharge because your freon is low, your compressor is running fine so I don’t know why the said nissan advisor told you it needed to be replace??!!
Voila! My Aircondition issue is fixed like nothing happened!
