Amazing dealership, no pressure/relaxed environment and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kyle and Nate worked hard to find the best financing for my poor credit. My cosigner lives in Mass and they drove all the way there and back just to have her sign papers for 10 minutes! They also drove 2 hours to pickup my trade-in vehicle and leave me a very nice loaner car until I could pickup my new car.
These guys go above and beyond to help and accommodate you! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!! Will be coming back here for my next car.

All the customers in the waiting area who were waiting in the service area has masks on (as required by state mandate). The employees, however, did not wear any masks. The service advisors had them pulled over their chins and didn’t even bother to put them on when customers approached them. The people in the parts department had no masks on whatsoever.
I know many in New Hampshire believe COVID to be a minor disease, but as someone who has to go home to people who are at “high risk” for this illness, I was frustrated to have to sit at this dealership for so long.
Also, the service performed on my car took an excessively long time. Almost 4 hours for an oil change and inspection. Will not be returning.

Although the salespeople Mike and Ryan were nice and helpful and Mike delivered the car to us in Maine, we were not happy with the Service Dept. which prepped our new Mazda for delivery. They left off part of the rear license plate holder, scratched the bumper, when unpacking it, left greasy handprints on the visor backs, and didn't finish prepping the dash The General Manager was rude to my wife when she explained the problems and he hung up on her without resolving the issues. Also after 2 and 1/2 weeks, we have not received the financial car payment paperwork from Toyota. We think the back office and Service department could use some improvement.

Awful service department. Scheduled a recall appointment online it went smooth I requested a courtesy car as well. I went in to drop my car off and they told me they just gave away the last courtesy car when I had a confirmed email saying I would get one. They did nothing to rectify the situation told me people usually call to re confirm. Why would I need to call I have it in writing on an email. I left waste of time no attempt to rectify the situation.
