Everyone is so kind and really go out of their way to be helpful. And it's so pleasant going in and out of there even though they're doing construction and making that so easy on the client. I'm very happy with them. In particular, Bryan, who runs the service department and joseph who was the customer service person that took care of me yesterday.

The work is always done in a professional manner and they even will send you a video via text to show you and explain the work that needs to be done. Service Manager Jake Mueller is an expert in providing great customer service and strives to make sure that you are informed of every issue in a timely and proficient manner. Jake's communication skills and knowledge of the service department result in seamless transactions. I would give him 6 stars if it were possible

Just a bit about the service department. It was a great experience and although it was just a scheduled maintenance and a system download things went a bit sideways. The sensors were off, but although it took some time they got it fixed. The best thing was Eric in the service department. He informed me of what was going on and kept me updated throughout the entire ordeal. So thanks Eric!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Trent Paisley & Larry H. Miller Jeep! My father gave us his 2020 Jeep Cherokee before he passed away this year. I love the vehicle so much but mostly because it’s a part of my dad. When the service 4x4 light came on we were very concerned. My husband took it in to the local dealership and met Trent Paisley who took it right in and through a series of tests found that the PTU had premature wearing and needed to be replaced. The part alone is $1920.. When we picked it up today and there was no charge, I about cried tears of joy! The power train warranty was still good and it paid for the complete repair. We have our great gift back and are driving on cloud nine! Thank you Trent Paisley!!!

it didn't start off well..i went in on a day my Service advisor was off so i got no help. Once Victor was back he took care of my issue and managed to squeeze me in. even though they were booked for a month out.. Victor worked very hard to get my Compass repaired and back to me ..He knew it was my only vehicle.. Parts were delayed ..but he let me know the status each day and i was able to get ahold of him when i needed to..
