To say my experience here today with my sweetheart of a salesperson, Stephanie was painless is an understatement. Stephanie is not only knowledgeable and educated about the cars being sold in the dealership, but was personable and aware early on in speaking with me of what features were Important for me and my children and what I could do without. Dave in service answered and said no worries drop in anytime before 8pm and we will take care of you. Dave asked the mechanic also Dave (Thuener)if he could fit me in and he said "of course". In no time my car was done and I was out the door!

Fact is buying a car (or 2) is not an easy process. There is doing your research, managing your budget, finding the time, test-driving, negotiating, paperwork, insurance change etc. We were at a point where we needed two vehicles and were leaning towards leases. We went to Fuccillo Hyundai on Grand Island because we had worked with them before. Sales representative Antonio King greeted us. Antonio was wonderful to work with. He was kind, thorough, patient and friendly. He took the time to go through two different car models with us answering all of our questions and taking us for test-drives. His interaction with our 7 year old was great because he felt included. I highly recommend working with Antonio if you are in need of a vehicle. The negotiating and budgeting process is always hard but the sales management team stepped up and really helped us through this. Our experience with Vision Hyundai in Webster was a pleasant surprise! This was our daughter's first experience with buying a new car. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful.
Jose had a kind and relaxed style which really made her feel at ease. Kristian, the store Manager, was amazingly helpful with creating an affordable price. They both were genuinely thoughtful and sincere. You can imagine the excitement when we came to pick up the car and discovered that it was decorated with balloons and a big red bow!
Our daughter has had several follow up calls related her satisfaction with the vehicle. Jose was helpful with the Apple Car Play features and encouraged us to return at any time for questions or additional assistance.

I had an 8am Monday service appointment to do 2 recalls, an oil change, NYS inspection and check the headlights. I dropped the car off Sunday night as instructed.
I called Monday morning to ensure they had the car and tell them I also needed a part to fix the trunk. The person I spoke to told me they had the car, said she would tell them about the trunk, confirmed my 8am appointment and said the car would be going in now. I did not hear from them all day. I called the next day and was told that the person, Jason, who worked on my car was out that day and that they would call me back.
They didn't call. I called again and the person told me they would try to find Jason and call me back but I already knew he was not in so I told them to figure out what happened to my car. After going through multiple people and telling them I wanted my car back (they initially told me they couldn't return my car because it wads in the middle of service), I finally got someone who magically knew what had been done to my car-they had only done the recalls. She gave me a quote to fix the headlights and I asked her to do the bare minimum since I was disappointed in their company.
She told me they had to replace both headlights. Then she called back and said, "good news, you only need to replace one headlight!" Then she asked me to have them do more work on my car to make up the difference in price. I said, "no!" I asked for the courtesy shuttle and she made ridiculous excuses that my location was too far away which it wasn't and that the car would take too long to get to me because it can't take the Taconic which is not even a route you would take. Then again magically, the shuttle would be able to pick me up.
I got my car and left. It had not been washed which is something they do free of charge for customers with recalls. When I got home, my headlight did not work. I looked at the paperwork and it said there is something wrong with the wiring and that the light night go out.
No one ever told me that and there was nothing wrong with the wiring before I brought it, I just needed them to put the bulb back in. I received a call from Jason 2 days later. He said he heard about my disappointment in service and wanted to fix it before it got to his manager. He said he did not know my contact information and did not know what to do with the car when he received it, implying that I had just dropped it off without making an appointment.
I informed him that I have an appointment confirmation that had my phone number, e-mail address and service I requested on it. He said he wanted to correct the issues and would speak to a manager and call me back; he didn't.
I left him a message the next day and still have not heard from him. I have called multiple times to talk to a manager but staff keep telling me they are unavailable and they will call me back but no one does.

Don’t leave anything valuable in your vehicle if you take it here to be serviced! I knew the moment I left the parking lot that I left an item in plain sight and figured it would be there when I went to pick up my vehicle but it was gone. Unethical employees for sure. Would recommend getting your vehicle serviced elsewhere if possible.

He answered my questions and helped me to understand why my car did not yet need new headlamps (it's a 2016). The wait was not as long as expected even though I stopped in without an appointment when I realized my inspection was due.
