Best decision, I've made was stopping at Nemet Hyundai. While driving around looking at a lot of pre-owned cars, we passed Hyundai and saw a great selection of high line cars. We stopped and we are glad we did. The mileage was low, Charles, the sales person, was very knowledgeable on all the cars we were looking at. after finding our Mercedes, we went through the finance process without any shenanigans or "bumps".... Very, very glad we stopped... We will definitely buy from them again.

Jose had a kind and relaxed style which really made her feel at ease. Kristian, the store Manager, was amazingly helpful with creating an affordable price. They both were genuinely thoughtful and sincere. You can imagine the excitement when we came to pick up the car and discovered that it was decorated with balloons and a big red bow!

My car was not diagnosed properly 2 times and it took 3 weeks for my powertrain issue to be resolved. The first diagnosis would have cost me out of pocket. They also tripled the quoted price for the part. The communication was horrible with the service team. I requested to speak to the service manager and he wouldn't return my calls. He also lied to corporate and said he would call and there has never been a call. I would have rather just paid my mechanic if I knew I would have 3 weeks of horrible service from this dealer. My mechanic diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes and in the end they changed the part he said was bad. They claimed that the SR tech was working on the car. If this is how the SR tech diagnoses cars I would run far away from this dealer.
