I had a excellent experience with both the salesman (Angel) and finance (Robert). Can't ask for nicer and easier people to work with. The sales manager was over the top pushy and didn't really care for his methods. I relayed that to Angel and he was a pro handling it. The car is amazing and follow ups have been great.

I've owned luxury cars for years....Oldsmobile 98's, Caddy Sedan DeVille, Lincoln Continental and, for 15 years running, 4 different Lexus RX350's. When ANY of them required service, if I did take a loaner, it was the same make of vehicle. when I brought my Lexus to either Lexus of Massapequa or Lexus of Rockville Center, I'd get a Lexus loaner. In March of 2023, I paid over $70,000.00 for a Genesis GV80 and their loaner fleet seems to be Hyundai vehicles. On Monday, my car will be in for service and Genesis of the North Shore will drop off a Hyundai Tucson....a xxx $23,000.00 car. Be aware, question the promises
