I have been with this Ford delaership for over 20 years in terms of purchases and leases for myself , spouse and daughter and from the beginning I have experienced nothing less than excellent services in a professional manner. This Ford dealership treats you '" NOTHING LESS THAN A FAMILY MEMBER". Upon arrival or even by phone staff knows who you are and they are extremely helpful and immediately addess your inquiry, call or visit in a fast and proper manner. While you wait you relax in a comfortable waiting area, with a tv , cable, coffee, a full and inexpensive vending machine containing a variety of healthful snacks . In addition you sit and relax in this comfortable area adjacent to an open floor display of new cars, trucks, or sports car which entices you to seriously consider in moving to purchase the same. This dealership is the biggest joke in all of New York. Not only did they schedule my oil change for their lunch time and made me sit in the waiting room for 2 entire hours, TO DO AN OIL CHANGE, but they also tightened stuff so much to the point I cannot get it back off to do an oil change by myself. I’ve done hundred of oil changes without an issue and the one time I go to them for one, they tightened the drain plug so much that it broke my socket without even budging. They are supposedly a bunch of master technicians, but done even know how to do an oil change right and can’t even answer the phone so I could talk to them about it. You just get transferred and transferred until you reach someone not there and have to leave a message. The biggest mistake of my life was doing business with Greenwich ford and it is the last time I will ever go to them for anything.

Took my 2024 mustang in for service and a noise when closing my passenger door. My service writer told me that my tires could not be rotated because they were different sizes. This was not true. They are all the same size. I showed him my concern with the door noise. He told me it was normal. This also was not the case. I kept pressing him until the mechanic took the door panel off and found a loose bolt on the window track. I’m not surprised that they couldn’t hear the noise with the extremely loud music. It was so loud you could hear it in the waiting room. Needless to say I will go to another dealer that is cleaner, quieter, and has better trained service writers. There is no reason a service writer should be diagnosing a problem from his desk! Don’t waste your time or money going here.

I purchased a used vehicle from Accurate Auto and Truck Repair and was very impressed with their professional service and unique approach to the selling process. 1. This dealership totally believes in low pressure sales. They allow you to take your time looking at a vehicle without any high pressure sales pitch. In event you would like assistance they are right there ready to address any questions or concerns. I found this to be a relief because in the past, I would visit a dealership on a day they were closed (Sunday) in an effort to avoid the high pressure sales pitch. 2. For the first time ever (and I have owned a lot of cars), the dealer put the vehicle up on the lift and spent more than one hour going through everything with me. I couldn’t believe it especially in this day and age! This alone, set them apart from any other dealer from which I have purchased a vehicle. 3. After you purchase a vehicle, anything that may go wrong within a reasonable amount of time gets fixed at no charge. When you return for routine maintenance in the future or any type of repair, they are honest and straightforward from the get go and employ highly skilled mechanics. 4. They back their work with a guarantee and offer affordable auto repair. 5. As the saying goes, “If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is.” Well this is definitely NOT the case with this dealership. I sincerely they have the best sales and service in the Oneonta NY area bar none.

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.

My tail lights would stop working intermittently on my - Sue

My tail lights would stop working intermittently on my F150 and took it to them to fix. They kept it 2 days and charged me $550 to fix a loose ground wire. They said they couldn't find the issue even though anyone else I told about my truck asked if I checked the ground wire. Common sense! When I complained about the price they offered a discount but I never got it. They took advantage of an older woman thinking I'm stupid and don't know. Avoid these crooks!!
