I rarely leave online reviews and I have never amended a previous review. My experience with Levittown Ford warrants a change of my original review. I had a negative experience that I had posted earlier. Almost immediately after posting my initial review I was contacted by the manager Charles. One thing that bothers me more than anything is when people make excuses. Charles’ candor was exceptional! He did not try to pass the buck and immediately took responsibility and wanted to rectify it. Charles and his team went above and beyond to address my issue and it was clear he took control of the situation to make sure it was addressed. To say at this point I am completely satisfied is an understatement. Everyone is entitled to make an error and the way that Charles and his team stepped up to the plate afterwards was outstanding. I commend Charles and his team for making me a loyal customer and ownership should be thrilled to have such a competent person running that department.

First off, I would like to start off this review by saying I have been a customer of Schultz Ford for over 20 years. I grew up in New York not far from Schultz Ford and now live in Massachusetts and continue to lease and buy cars from Schultz Ford. In over 20 Years I have never felt like I was taken advantage of and have always been treated with exceptional Service whether buying, leasing or having service done when I have been in town.
Now for why I am writing this review. I stayed at a hotel In Newark NJ where I left my car while I traveled overseas for 10 days. I received a phone call on the 9th of December (from the hotel In Newark while I was still overseas) letting me know that my Tires and Rims had been stolen off of my vehicle and it was sitting up on blocks. Needless to say, this was shocking news! I decided to call Schultz Ford and told them about my situation and without hesitation they replied don’t even worry about it we will take care of it for you. The next day Schultz Ford sent down a flatbed tow truck with tires, lug nuts and a rental car which they left in the car port of the hotel so when I returned, I would be ready to roll out of there.
So, Thank You!! Schultz Ford and the entire team for great customer service!! I will continue to be a loyal custom!

Very pleased with Shepard Ford service writers and service technicians. Very displeased with 2018 Ford Escape. Needed new engine at 18,000 miles (covered by Ford) even though full dealer service since new. Needed new brakes all the way around at 26,000. We are senior citizens and the only drivers. Our 2005 Honda CRV went 80,000 before needing brakes and our daughter-in-law is still driving it with over 200,000 miles and no problems. Our 2015 Nissan Rogue went 70,000 before needing brakes and never gave us problem. Sorry to say but not going to be buying another Ford.
