Schultz Ford invited me to a My Sync class to teach us (seniors) My Sync and how to use it. The teacher Ruggero Fratarcangeli was excellent and went above and beyond. All of use learned so much useful information and I will now use this program on a regular basis. He brought real life uses for My Sync and helped us gain a comfort level I never imagined.

Mike Moolick made what is typically a stressful, highly pressured experience a welcomed relief. My wife and I purchased our new Mazda CX-3 in November 2017 and Mike was able to get us the car we wanted at the payment we needed. In April, Mike followed-up with me with a service issue and resolved my issue immediately. I would definitely refer anyone who was in the market for a new Mazda to DePaula Mazda.

my last review was mistakenly directed towards service manager Diana --I did leave a bad review- but -NOT- at all intended for Diana-she was very pleasant to deal with all the time. She always returned my phone calls very quickly and always made feel comfortable.my last review was intended for the mechanic who worked on my van -who said he did not see any windshield fluid leaking from my fluid tank .I told him that was because it was empty-after filling the tank he then seen the leak-I left my van their while on vacation for 9 days and when I returned that problem and a few others where not done-so I had to make another appointment.that is the reason for that bad review.

Brought my 2016 F-150 truck in with check engine light on - Chris31389
I made an appointment with Levittown Ford, because of a check engine light on my 2016 F-150. They are so backed up that it was a 3 week plus wait. I bought my truck in and sat with Joe Deguire a service rep and discussed the problem. It was an intake manifold issue. My Truck was just over the 36000 mile warranty and I didn't buy it there. Ut oh, your thinking, same here. I knew the problem would or should be covered under warranty, a few threads I have read there is an issue with this and ford is aware. I brought my truck to a previous dealership and they were rude and said it was not covered. Not going there again.
I texted Joe later that day about the status of the vehicle, His exact response was the parts are ordered and they will be in tomorrow. Like anyone who has ever had the pleasure of dealing with a dealership. My next question was: 'Is it under warranty"! Joes response was "it is". It will be all done later that afternoon.
Wow... I shouldn't have been surprised but I was. The thing is, that all the people at Levittown Ford did a great job, they where polite, courteous, and got everything in a timely manner. Which isn't that the job..
The thing is today, is everyone is moving fast, communications, internet, etc. that we forget that there needs to be a human factor and time to take to say Hello, Thank you, and just be well mannered and polite. My experience with Levittown Ford was just that. Out of the 3 dealerships in the Nassau County, the only dealership I would go to without question is Levittown Ford.

After having an absolutely terrible experience with our local dealership, we brought our F250 to Carmody on the recommendation of some independent mechanics in our area. They went above and beyond in working with us to remedy a problem caused by another dealer. The mechanic that worked on our vehicle spent about 30 minutes with us when we pick the car up , showing us where there were problems that he remedied and open questions as to what the other dealer did. In talking to him you could appreciate his skill level and also the fact that he cared about us and empathised with our situation. Though it's quite a drive for us we will have our car service here again because of the integrity and amazing service.

They make you feel as though YOU are the ONLY customer, which judging by those I was sitting next to in the waiting room is not the case! In the Fall of 2017, my 2015 Ford Escape was stalling at traffic lights and stop signs periodically. I had a dealership look at it and was sent away because they could not find "anything" wrong with it. I was very adamant that there was something wrong so I gave Friendly Ford in Geneva, NY a try! My husband purchased his F150 there and has all of the service performed there.
I told Lee Ward in the Service Dept. what was wrong and he assured me that they would find what was wrong with it. Randy Salerno who serviced my Escape never gave up and found that I needed the transmission rebuilt!! Guess what? My Ford Escape never stalled again and now I will continue to have my Ford serviced at Friendly Ford!

I took my truck there for service and I have to tell the world it is the first Ford dealership that di NOT try to rip me off. They were honest and only did what was needed. The cost of the repair was 50% less then three other dealers in the area I called. I was ready to sell my F150 until I called them and took it there. I highly recommend this dealer ship. The service manager Justin Matusek and service advisor Amanda went above and beyond to make sure my truck was fixed correctly the first time and for the best price. If you are like me you need your vehicle and every other dealer ship was basically telling me it would be a week before I would get my truck back New Country took it in the same day and got it back to me that same day. If you go to any other Ford dealer to have your vehicle fixed your just plain crazy.
