This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Great experiences both occasions… Lenny was my salesperson.. I didn’t make it easy on him but he persevered and made the experience very professional and pleasant. After that, Jan in the service dept did exemplary work to make his responsibilities flawless and efficient. High highly recommend this dealership and the Genesis brand.

I honestly can say these folks are good people. The sales manager Daniel Micu and Kevin did all they could to help me decide on a car that was right for my family and work on putting together the best deal possible under our circumstances. It was a fair negotiation between all parties seeking a Win _ Win situation for all of us. I thought they put together a really good deal for me a long time teacher and a wife getting set in real estate. The cars themselves were nicer than I expected, you walk into the showroom and it feels very much premium. The cars are beautiful inside and out, they drive great. I had a Mercedes GLE350 the ride in the GV70 was actually nicer and more refined. Tuned for comfort and responsiveness at once. They did a really good job. I have no reservations recommending Genesis of Brooklyn, Daniel, and Kevin. They are good guys.

Vehicle was presented as certified. I came from a bit of a drive. The vehicle was delivered non serviced and not in the condition as promised! I contacted the sales representative and she no longer works there. I made numerous attempts to contact the dealership and I am told the sales manager will call me back immediately. 3 times as of now and no call and no resolution for my Genesis 70. My next call will be to DMV claims and my personal attorney. It’s unfortunate that this was my experience. I hope this never occurs to anyone else!
