Great dealership and nice to see the separation from Hyundai dealers selling luxury automobiles. Picked up a GV80 Coupe and had a pleasurable experience with Ed Figueroa. No hard selling or pressure and end result was a purchase and trade in. Great Genesis financing is always nice as they typically offer extremely low interest rates on their cars to finance. Highly recommend anyone interested in a high end luxury car step away from BMW - Mercedes- Landrover and test drive a Genesis and experience all the high end technology that is offered. Vehicle was presented as certified. I came from a bit of a drive. The vehicle was delivered non serviced and not in the condition as promised! I contacted the sales representative and she no longer works there. I made numerous attempts to contact the dealership and I am told the sales manager will call me back immediately. 3 times as of now and no call and no resolution for my Genesis 70. My next call will be to DMV claims and my personal attorney. It’s unfortunate that this was my experience. I hope this never occurs to anyone else!
