Terrible service department. I would NOT recommend them. My apt for dashboard lights on and loud engine was 3 weeks ago today. Not once has anyone called me about my apt. I've called multiple times and gotten excuses every time. They can't seem to tell me what's wrong with my car and they certainly don't call or care about there customers.

I purchased a used vehicle from Accurate Auto and Truck Repair and was very impressed with their professional service and unique approach to the selling process. 1. This dealership totally believes in low pressure sales. They allow you to take your time looking at a vehicle without any high pressure sales pitch. In event you would like assistance they are right there ready to address any questions or concerns. I found this to be a relief because in the past, I would visit a dealership on a day they were closed (Sunday) in an effort to avoid the high pressure sales pitch. 2. For the first time ever (and I have owned a lot of cars), the dealer put the vehicle up on the lift and spent more than one hour going through everything with me. I couldn’t believe it especially in this day and age! This alone, set them apart from any other dealer from which I have purchased a vehicle. 3. After you purchase a vehicle, anything that may go wrong within a reasonable amount of time gets fixed at no charge. When you return for routine maintenance in the future or any type of repair, they are honest and straightforward from the get go and employ highly skilled mechanics. 4. They back their work with a guarantee and offer affordable auto repair. 5. As the saying goes, “If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is.” Well this is definitely NOT the case with this dealership. I sincerely they have the best sales and service in the Oneonta NY area bar none.

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.

They make you feel as though YOU are the ONLY customer, which judging by those I was sitting next to in the waiting room is not the case! Whoever wrote "Failure to prepare on your part does not constitute an emergency on our part!" Must never been a customer at Emerling Ford! The are simply awesome!!!

As we were on a two week vacation to the New England - kferraro

As we were on a two week vacation to the New England states from Indiana we experienced the dreaded wrench icon on our F150. After googling Ford Dealerships we came upon a few dealerships in the area and chose your dealership as you have a five star rating. On Sunday, May 15th we pulled into your dealership with a trailer in tow. We made ourselves at home by locating an electrical outlet and camped for the night. First thing on Monday morning we were greeted by Tony. After explaining our problem he went and chatted with Susan to see how soon someone could take a look at the vehicle. We feel so fortunate that they were quick to hook the truck up to a tester. In no time the problem was identified and the part was ordered and by late Tuesday afternoon (5ish) we were back on the road. You have two AMAZING employees. Tony and Susan could not have been more accommodating. They kept us up-to-date every step of the way and even checked to see if we needed anything. Sweet Tony even offered the use of his vehicle to us, pretty amazing. We are so incredibly thankful and can't thank your team enough. Again, from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!

My vehicle showed a warning of "A/C off due to temperature of engine" I brought it in to be checked out (Under Warranty). The technician after teleconferences with GM was unable to correct the problem. I was asked to leave the vehicle over night, but GM was still not able to come up with a solution to the problem. After a few days, Rick called me and told me to bring in the vehicle, at which time the computer was replaced. I thought the staff at Grand Prize tried very hard to solve the problem and worked very well with me. I therefore think a "Good" rating is proper under the circumstances described.
