Always on schedule. Service department is always friendly courteous and explains everything if something needs to be done. They don't pressure but do advise I trust them with my Jeep. I have dealt onlt with this dealership since 2013.

My battery in my Camry was dead as a door nail this morning. I called my dealership, Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem. They told me just to bring it in and they would check the battery. I pulled out of their parking lot about 90 minutes later with a new battery at no charge since my old battery that I purchased from them in November 2019 was a Toyota Lifetime Warranty batter…which was a very wise decision. I want to give a special shoutout to Cooper Gossett, the service tech that took care of my problem so efficiently…and…I got a free car wash to boot. Thank you Cooper and Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem!

Terrible my girlfriend took our jeep in for a $2500 overheating issue that we didn’t make it one mile from the service center to have it overheat in which they offered for another $6000 an engine replacement. After suckering her out of more money to do the breaks and rotors I just replaced 23 days prior myself.
