I just want to reiterate again that everyone at this deal ship is so helpful. From the sales rep to the sales manager to the finance manager and everyone in between everyone greeted me with a smile shook my hand and offered to help. Now this is not uncommon at dealerships but what makes this one different is they actually followed through on their promises. They went above and beyond to ensure my family was handled and I’ve never experienced anything like this at any other dealer. They truely are a family business and I felt like I was with family the second I met them all. The service was wonderful and would recommend them over and over again to anyone I know. After several failed attempts and poor communication experiences with other CDJR dealers, I reached out to Hendrick CDJR Concord. I can truly say this was the best car buying experience I ever had. Jeff Stark and Ben Bartela were professional, polite, quick to respond to messages and more than courteous. Never once did I feel pressured or felt like I was being handed a line just to answer a question. From beginning to end the experience was very laid back and comfortable. I purchased my vehicle on a Thursday and made arrangements with Jeff and Ben to pick it up that Sunday. Ben came in to work on his day off just to ensure that I got my key, show me around the vehicle and to answer any questions I had with my vehicle. They were two very professional gentlemen whose sole goal was to make my buying experience a positive one..... And they did.
