Recently the wife and I discussed replacing her 10 year old Explorer. We agreed it was time, however she made it clear, she had never owned a FUN vehicle and it was her time. So, I went to Ford’s website and built the vehicle I felt she would enjoy and would meet our travel needs. At the end it searched dealers inventories near me and whalah, next thing I knew, she was test driving it for the weekend. It was the one!! Mark Williams, and Jim Drew’s made it a seamless process. No pressure whatsoever. They gave me a fair price for my trade in and the next thing we knew we were in the Finance office with Ashley Peacock. That was a fun process to sign that desk sized tablet and then leave with a thumb drive vs a bunch of paperwork. We are beyond pleased with the Sales and Finance team at Crossroads Ford of Waynesville.

I believe he was supervisor or manager but he took care of the issue with a great attitude and very professional. This is my second car from CarMax and definitely would buy from them again.

Our sales representative, Tavis Ryan, did a spectacular job finding the vehicle, getting it to the dealership, and preparing it for turnover. He even crawled under the vehicle himself to check the age of the spare tire when the service department failed to do so beforehand.Unfortunately, his inspection revealed the spare tire was over nine years old and completely unserviceable. Sending a customer out with an unsafe spare tire is a major safety hazard that could lead to a serious accident on the road. When Tavis brought this to the attention of management, they flatly refused to correct their error or replace the tire. As an 80+ year old, 30-year Army veteran, I expected a basic level of integrity. For the sake of a $100 tire, management’s complete lack of accountability has cost them a customer. If there was any rating below one star , I would give it to Mercedes Benzema at capital blvd. Terrible service since Leith Mercedes sold to this company . No wonder the lounge is empty & Lexus is crawling with customers. I waited five hours ( usually 2 hours) & was ripped off with $1200.0 for the usual servicing. Watch out!!!

From the moment I arrived I felt very comfortable at Crossroads Sanford, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was not immediately surrounded by salesman like I have been from other dealerships. When it came to the actual buying process I felt just as comfortable. I knew what I wanted before I got there and never did they try to put me into something different. They worked with me to get me to my budget as close a possible. I would definitely consider purchasing another car from Crossroads Sanford and definitely recommend that if you are in the market for a new or even used vehicle you give them a chance to treat you the same as they did me.
