Service request - Jon Speck
I had to take my FX35 into the service department to fix an issue with my car. The issue required my vehicle to stay there for several days. Mr. Holstein was professional, courteous and resourceful in assisting me resolve this issue with my vehicle. He was patient with me regarding my questions and requests. Great guy, really personable and got the job done.

Tom's Terrific - CEO Says
I have owned 7 Infiniti vehicles, having bought each in Columbus, Ohio. Now I work in Dayton, and was looking to trade-in a company car for a new one. I considered a competitor dealership but was turned off by the arrogance of that salesman and his manager.
Tom is my kind of guy: polite, attentive, cooperative and all about offering outstanding customer service. So, I bought the car from him !
THREE STRIKES AND YOUR OUT - L Nowacki
Had two terrible experiences with this dealers service department. First was for a flat tire. We called for an appointment, they said they had the tire in stock. Went to get the tire installed and they did not have in stock and we sat in the dealership for three hours while they went and picked one up without even telling us....3 HOURS!
Second experience was for a front wheel bearing. Made an appointment for a FRIDAY, brought the car in on Thursday. On Friday they said they had to order a wheel bearing and they would not get it until Saturday....not sure why it takes them so long for a bearing or why they do not stock any, but that's another issue. My local little service shop gets these parts in 20 minutes. We tried calling them all day Saturday and no one picked up the phone so I physically went there at 3PM (closes at 4 PM) to find out the status..and hopefully I could just pick the car up. They had not even started the install of the bearing.
Then on Monday they called and said it also needed a front axle due to corrosion. This was purchased as a certified car less than a year ago and it needs an axle? Makes me question the quality of their certified cars are. They had the car from Thursday to Tuesday.
Also had to take the car in so they could re-program the computer since the car was running so badly....you think that would have been done as a certified car purchase...not something that had to be done 7 months after purchase.
Needless to say, I will never purchase a car or ever have service from this dealer ever again.
Great Experience - Sharon D.
We had the best car buying experience at this dealership. Radu was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Everyone was super nice and very courteous.
This was our first purchase at Infiniti of Columbus but
it won’t be our last.
Purchased used Toyota - Lisa1234
Very dissatisfied with Infiniti of Akron!! They were very dishonest! I purchased a vehicle after being told a problem, which they said was an easy fix, had been taken care of only to find out that it wasn't! I guess I should not have taken their word, lesson learned! After trying to call the salesperson, only to get his voicemail, I called his supervisor. His fix was for me to take it to a Toyota dealer. After spending that much money and having to take the vehicle someplace the next day to be fixed was ridiculous!! I am not one to write reviews but this experience was very upsetting. I never did get a call from the salesperson or a call back from his supervisor checking to make sure the problem had been fixed, which to me is very poor service. Buyers Beware!!!
Have always been happy - DAC
I always go to Infiniti of Beachwood when my car needs service and I always deal with Mitch. He listens to my requests/concerns and always takes care of things to my satisfaction AND in a timely manner. He also communicates with me clearly about the service being performed. When I need service, it's nice to call him, he remembers me from my visits, and I know he will always take care of things for me.
