My lease was up . I was told to bring the car to the dealership before my expiration date which I did. They specifically stated I didn't need 3rd party inspection because they had just inspected the car when I was going to re-lease an Infinity. Everything was great until I decided to lease a different brand. I received an invoice for damage that was not on my car when I turned it in. Dealership didn't help. Infinity financial didn't have proof / pictures/ report of damage. No one could prove the damage but if I didn't pay- I would be turned into collections. Found lack of assistance, concern, lack of return calls , lack of professionalism from the dealership. Service department was always helpful. Sales staff and management are the worse. Worse experience of any end of lease and will not be leasing an Infinity in the future from this dealership.
