I stopped in to look at the Land Rover Discovery and Jessica Schad approached me! She was friendly, personable and very knowledgable too! She showed me the car and went over all of the features and options on the car! I brought to her attention that I wanted to look at the Volvo XC90 as well to compare the differences and see if I could put that SUV in the running as well! She walked me right over to Volvo next door to take a look! She answered most of my questions and had Myles Help with a few key points too! After thought and demo drives, we decided to go with the Discovery! Thank you Jessica, Myles and Montrose Westside for making this the most pleasurable and pressure free expirrence!

I wanted to send you a note thanking you and Scott Trentman for the through service work that you did recently on my 2006 LR3. I am so pleased with how it now handles. As you know, there were several issues with steering and drifting while driving. You listened to my complaints, and diagnosed the steering issue before we even began work. You also listened to me when I was explaining the drifting or wandering issues, and helped determine that these were unrelated to the steering issue. Scott did an excellent job of thoroughly inspecting the vehicle, and listing all the other open issues. I worked with you to address a plan for fixing the immediate necessary work, and plan for future repairs. Your efforts, along with Scott’s are helping me keep my LR3 investment on the road.
