My car would not start on Monday February 17 and had a hard time using jumper cables due to battery location on my Escape. After multiple tries finally started. The battery was very low and I called the service department. Michelle immediately helped me and provided me an appointment for next morning. I drove my car directly to dealer while running. Renee Gerber was so helpful as I explained had 2 medical appointments next day. They replaced my battery and delivered my car back to me in record time! Thanks to the amazing service department. We just moved to the area and my husband had a recall on his truck. We called them and they got us in for the recall. When we got there to have the recall taken care of my husband asked if by chance they could just go ahead to do the oil change and tire rotation on it while we were there. They told us NO PROBLEM! They got the recall done, oil change done and tire rotation done and even washed the truck, all in about 45 minutes!!!! Super nice people and they definitely know how customer service is suppose to be!!! Thank you!!!

My car was in an accident in July 2023. I bought it at Masheter. As of this date, it is still not completely repaired. I have been told multiple lies, given multiple false dates by which services were supposed to be completed. Their service people all say they're sorry, but no one DOES anything. My insurance has already paid for the repair of my bumper, or I would never go back. I would give negative stars if possible.

Today my elderly mother took her 2020 Ford Escape in for factory service. She was treated poorly by one of two service personnel and he was very inattentive to her needs or concerns with the vehicle. After a short time period, she was advised her vehicle service was completed but found no reason for the service display wrench icon, speculating that her oil simply needed changed. This vehicle was purchased new from Waikem Ford & has less than 17,000 miles. She was charged $90 for an oil change & tire rotation. The service rep also failed to deduct a $10 service coupon she presented prior to the vehicle being serviced, promising to make it up to her "next time." After speaking with her today, I can assure the Diehl management team both in Massillon & Butler PA she nor any other member of our family will patronize any of your dealerships again for service or sales. We have long supported the Waikem family of dealerships having lived in the Massillon area for over 55 years. My wife & I personally have purchased over 12 new & used cars from Waikem over the decades but no longer. Perhaps Corinna Diehl needs more stringent oversight of the Massillon operations to ensure the total lack of concern to customers is remedied but any corrective action will be too late for us.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I bought my truck on July 9th. I couldn't test drive it because both batteries were dead. It only has 48000 miles on it so after they replaced the batteries I figured it would be fine so I drove it off the lot. Over the next few weeks I noticed my brakes squealing so I made an appointment to get those checked out among some other lights that had came on (advance trak and ABS). My front tires were also wearing uneven so I wanted them to rotate and align those as well. I booked a service online. They called me and said they couldn't get me in for another week and a half. I said that was fine because I understand there is a lot of demand for services right now. I took it in on August 3rd. They had it for two days. Changed front brake pads and rotors. They said they aligned my tires but did not rotate them or fix the advance trak. They said nothing was wrong with the advance trak but the light came on every time I turned my truck on and wouldn't go away but I said whatever they know better than me. I didn't expect them to do it for free even though I had just bought it less than a month prior. On August 23rd I was on my way home from picking my son up from the babysitter. I smelled brakes and my front end was pulling to the right. I slowed down to about 35mph when my tire broke off behind the rotor (see photos). I skid to a stop. Waited for a tow and towed it back to the dealership. Next day I went in and made sure they had the keys since it was dropped off at 11pm. They said they had everything they needed and would let me know what needed replaced. I waited for two days and called on the 25th. They said they still hadn't looked at it and would hope to see it over the next few days. I told myself to exercise some patience and let them call me when they got the chance. I got a call from Bob Chapman on Monday August 30th saying they wouldn't be able to get to my truck until atleast OCTOBER. While I understand there is a high demand and a limited supply of skilled labor I don't understand how you can do that to someone that just bought a vehicle at your dealership not even 60 days prior. And to top it.off they were the last and only ones to take the tires off the vehicle and work on the brakes. The gentleman I spoke to told me he was calling me to let me know it might not be a bad idea to take it elsewhere since my truck is lifted and has many custom things on it. So now I've wasted another week without a vehicle (my job does require a truck) and it sounds like I will make my first three truck payments without being able to actually drive the thing. I will also have to pay for another tow if I can find someone that can work it before October
