I have had experience with 3 Mercedes Benz Dealerships with extremely bad experiences with Mercedes Benz of Akron and Mercedes Benz of Youngstown. I drove 70 miles for their service. I had service performed at Mike Castrucci CDJR of Cincinnati, OH on a 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK Sahara 2-door that I had purchased from Mike Castrucci Ford Lincoln in Alexandria, KY on 08/24/2024. The vehicle was transferred from Alexandria to Cincinnati for Air Conditioner service. Sammy Castrucci keep me informed on the progress of all the repairs that were being performed. when the service was completed Sammy Castrucci had the vehicle delivered to my home in Indiana. I want to commend Sammy and all of the service department staff for going above and beyond, great customer service!!
