I'm guessing the reviewer named Tagrid was just having a bad day, because Stacey Narovec has helped me multiple times and she has always been a pleasure to deal with. Despite that, Stacey found a way to squeeze me into the schedule and shuttle me to work amazingly fast. I had the car back in a few hours. It's hard to imagine any better service than that! With this last vehicle that I purchased, a 2020 GLB, I dealt with Max Kovacs, who was extremely professional and attentive. I will be back to give him more business. He was not pushy and answered all my questions, even when my questions were skipping from car to car when I was being indecisive. He is definitely an asset to this dealership. I would also like to give kudos to Jeanette, the receptionist who always greeted me with a smile. Further, even the employees I have dealt with in the past have given me exemplary service. Cody, Sean, and Stacey are true professionals. It is very easy to see that employees here like their jobs.
