We own a RAM 6.7 Cummins Diesel and have had unsatisfactory experiences with service departments at several of the RAM dealers in the Carolinas. We found Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM a few years ago and have had outstanding experiences. Their service department staff embody small town values. They are trustworthy, do quality work, and are extremely fairly priced. Appointments always start on-time and they get us out quickly. They saved us a ton of money on a recent brake pad replacement and rotor resurfacing for our dually. We drive an hour to get to Camden/Lugoff, but the drive is worth the time. I don’t trust anyone else to service our truck.

I took my truck to Lugoff after my local Ford dealer in Sumter kept my truck for six days with an insufficient diagnosis and solution. Customer service at Lugoff was amazing...my service advisor Rachel was so professional and kept me expertly updated throughout my experience at this location. I highly recommend Lugoff Ford for any vehicle repairs!

The mechanics do a thorough analysis and let you know up front what needs to be addressed and how much it will cost. Very pleased with them so far! They helped diagnose the issue with my wife’s Avalon and my son’s Honda Accord. Charles was professional and extremely honest in telling us what was wrong and the cost for the repairs. Charles went up and beyond our expectations for quality service. I am always leery of dealerships but I will bring all 4 of my cars here to get worked on in the future. I have been to many, many dealerships in my lifetime, but my overall experience with this Service Department has been the most negative ever. Everytime I pulled into the service bay, I had to get out of the car and go inside to receive service. Instructions and expectations pertaining to the drop-off for warranty work was not adequately articulated. Thus I ended up leaving the car unexpectedly for several days. No courtesy vehicle service was available. I was told that Kia does not offer such a service. Overall communication with alleged service department professionals was a big bust!! 😔

We had a problem with dead battery and noticed back ceiling lights not going off in our Lincoln. They installed new battery, but also kept car for days, giving loaner to determine light issue so we wouldn’t have dead battery issue again. Charity Murphy was great, even followed up with call days after picked car up and didn’t overcharge us. Charity has restored our trust in using dealership repairs. We are confident in Beach Automotive’a integrity to only making necessary repairs and not overcharging.
