My contact with Michael Patnaude reminded me of my first contact with Starling in the Orlando area years ago. I purchased my first van with them and was always
pleased with the service they provided. Michael's customer service skills are second to none. He is excellent as a go to person for your company. My experience with the Orlando dealership was the best I ever had. Whenever I went into the dealership, even when I returned to town, they made me feel that my concerns were going to be resolved and they were: that I was going to be treated fairly. And I felt the same with Michael handling things for me on Tuesday. He has personality that is the type that every company should have. He is an asset to Starling. In these days and times when customers are taken for granted and companies are insensitive to people's needs you are blessed to have him on your staff. All of my needs were taken care of in a timely manner and I have no complaints with any of your staff. I would be remis if I did not mention Michael. You need people on your sales staff like Michael. Also, the gentlemen, who is the shuttle driver, connected my cell when I purchased the SUV and likewise my new cell on Tuesday was nice to me and had a great personality. I retired from GMAC and Personality and Customer Service go hand in hand in my book.
