I took my car in to have a wheel alignment. Ben Brooks was my advisor and was very courteous and professional. The technician, Brent, did the work and the results were perfect, the car drives super straight now. I’m very happy with the work and the prices are reasonable. This is one of the few Chevrolet dealerships in the state that does not add an astronomical markup to parts and labor.

I can schedule service online and it’s super easy. That’s a great feature. The service department is on the ball! They know who you are when you walk in. The mechanics do a thorough analysis and let you know up front what needs to be addressed and how much it will cost. Very pleased with them so far! I feel like they really make sure your vehicle is taken care of. I will recommend the service department!

I initially was not happy with my visit to Stokes Hodges Ford, but after I received a call from the service department and the circumstances were explained to me, I was very pleased. I learned a lot today. I would recommend Stokes Hodges Service department to anyone.

Service department no good Chris and Dale need a new job if I was their boss and seen all the bad reviews on them two I would fire them and rehire them and fire them again they have no respect for people they lie and don't respond back to people unless you call kia of America then they want to help you also if you write a bad review about them they want to call and see what they can do for you to take it down because Kia of America starts asking questions about the reviews stay away from them two guys

Amending my original bad review. I bought a used Audi from another dealership. Shortly after purchasing, some issues came up. Long story short, after my warranty expired my car experienced a failure that required an expensive fix. This dealership’s management and service department bent over backwards to help get my expired warranty to cover more than half of the expense. The time they took to communicate with me and help me through this frustrating situation was more than helpful. Very thankful to the general manager and my cars service advisor Linda.
