We use Toyota of Easley to service our '24 Corolla and have always been satisfied. Recently, we purchased a 25-yr old Camry with over 237k miles on it to have as a back-up/utility vehicle. We took it in with a list of things we thought needed to be done based on internet research for recommended maintenance based on mileage and the car having sat for 5 years. Jarred took time to listen as we shared with him what we knew about the vehicle, our concerns, and what our ultimate goal was (to make sure everything was in good running order so we'd have a reliable secondary car). He looked over the services we'd requested and instead of trying to sell us services we didn't need, he was honest and told us that some of the services actually were not recommended and that some may not be needed. He explained the various items they would check, and informed us they would only do the additional diagnostics and flushes if the inspection indicated they needed to be done. Once the inspection was done, he went over the the inspection list and told us what issues were found, the recommended remedies, and the costs. We where sent a text with all of this and were able to go over the list and prices and select the repairs and services we wanted them to move forward with, right from my phone. Jarred explained the wait time for parts that had to be ordered, and informed us of the anticipated time for the repairs. To our surprise, the repairs we completed sooner than we anticipated.
We greatly appreciated being kept informed of the progress, the costs, and not having a pushy service advisor trying to sell us more. And Jarred was friendly and respectful!
