My husband and I drove from out of town to look at a GMC pick up. Jonathan was helpful and interactive from the minute I called to make sure one of their internet listings was still available until the end of our purchase. He made engaging conversation, and showed us a couple similar options before we test drove the GMC. While test driving, Jonathan showed us how to work all the options and pointed out special features. Our concern was a chipped front bumper. Jonathan helped us find a solution. We were given a fair amount for our trade-in. Jared, in finance, was professional and worked to get us a good deal. Overall, a pleasant experience when making such a large purchase. Thank you.

northtown provided me a loaner while my car was being fixed. I had hit a raccoon which did quite a bit of damage. While assessing that damage, they discovered that my one tire had belts showing and that it was quite dangerous for me to be driving it. Susan and her team did an amazing job in providing customer service, letting me know what was needed, worked directly with my insurance company for me, and I got text messages keeping me informed of the progress. Amber over in service listened to how I use the car...I am constantly driving, worked with my budget and the use of my car to get the best tire I could. She also did an oil change and an inspection of my car, when they discovered an issue, she called me to see if I knew about, if I wanted them to fix it and what the cost would be. With a new windshield, body fixed, all new tires, and an oil change, my car looks and feels like a whole new car! With oil changes only being 27.00, I won't be going any where else for my oil changes! then, I noticed that my oil change sticker said 5,000 miles for my next oil change. I called in to ask why, I was explained to that they use synthetic oil therefore, oil changes are every 5,000. With the amount of mileage I put on, compared to paying 45.00 for a regular oil change, this is going to save me lots of money by the end of the year! Thank you so much Norttown! Salesman was great... sales manager Derrick was absurd. He set the tone right out of the gates. Was trying to buy a 2018 Denali. They had one listed Sunday but it wasn’t on the lot. Internet said “VERY CLEAN”. I took work off today to buy... it shows up about 11am.. filthy, rust everywhere, rims all scratched...this was a 2017 Denali btw....so I went to buy the 18’... I mentioned I want to bring my business local but his price was a little high. I asked if we could get online and do some comparatives so we could find a common ground. He said no and asked why I was at the dealership if I have a better offer somewhere else. I mentioned again I want to buy local. He would not even take the time to work a deal. I don’t mind them making some money, I don’t care if they make a few thousand. But to just blatantly tell me pretty much to leave was unbelievable. Yes, this is accurate info. Much more detail if you want. And yes, word does travel fast and I will never refer another person to your dealership. Wow... just wow.... just responded to your message below with an automated “billion motors cannot take your call”. My salesman was Nate Thompson. Sales manager Derick Robinson.
Dealer Fraud - "Used" truck, dealer sold as new. - GM Legacy
Agreed to purchase a new Silverado 2500 HD through the GM employee purchase program. Agreed to buy a new truck, not a used on. Truck had hidden material defects. Never disclosed. Dealer refused to return calls, or respond to multiple written letters. Contacted GM Customer Care, they didn't resolve anything, and still fail to address material defects. Brand new truck covered in RUST on suspension components, thousands of swirl marks, scratches, multiple rock chips. Fraudulent organization.

After my last visit, which I was reimbursed for the owner himself asked we give them another chance, unfortunately I did. My vehicle threw an emissions code and thought for sure they couldn't screw me over again. I was wrong. After sitting and waiting for 3 and a half hours I decided to see what was taking so long to diagnose. (I stated upon making appointment no work if warranty wouldn't cover it) co.e to find out the change 6 spark plugs and wires without my ok. Then they decide to keep it over night and I had to ask for a courtesy car which didn't have but an eight a tank of gas in it. I receive a phone call the next day from mike stating warranty wasn't covering it. I had already done my homework and with both my warranties I was told it was covered. I waited for my husband to return the courtesy car and pick up mine. After paying $500 he was able to leave with my vehicle and the receipt I needed in hand. Thank goodness for Stephanie a gm customer care rep and curt patton of plaza gmc in Omaha, I was later told Mike the service manager never even tryed to get warranty to cover it. Then Joel Beadle the owner suggested we not do business there anymore. I cant wait to throw it in his face that I was right and his business is shady. Also that I was looking for a dealer to take contract for vehicles with the wind turbine site for GE. Won't be him and to think I need 12 new work vehicles. So take my advice or don't beadles is a place you don't want to do business.

Very horrible service, not friendly, not willing to work with customers and lie's one after another. Bought vehicle from them service light came on after two miles, and they are refusing to pay for it to fix the problem.

I had a problem with my previous vehicle, so I took it to Wegners to be fixed. After a half hour of trying to figure out what was wrong they came to me and said that it had something to do with my transmission filter. It was going to need to replace that plus a few other parts that was going to cost me a fortune to do! So I talked to the owner and the manager and they were so sympathetic. They said lets get you in a new reliable vehicle! found me my wonderful buick that i have now for less than what i was paying for my five year old jeep! and they even went the extra mile to find me $500 more than quoted on top of my $3000 in rebates! I was impressed with them completely! they worked their butts off to help me!
