The entire staff at this Hyundai dealership was very professional, thoughtful and very helpful. They guided me through the process, step by step and told me if I had any questions about some of the new options on my car, to drop by anytime. I dealt with the sales manager, Chuck Micci, and sales consultant, Eric Curtis. Eric was especially helpful. He helped with the return of my rental car as well retrieving the license plate off my old car at the repair shop. Overall, the service was exceptional.

I drive a Hyundai Genesis 5.0 and decided on March 20th (Tuesday) to get my left turn light bulb repaired at the Hyundai on Covington Pike. Upon arrival at 3:00 PM, I asked the service tech Antwon if the process was long. He stated "No, it shouldn't take us any time to repair your light". My car was complete at 5:07 PM, two hours later. In a rush, I left without viewing the work done to my car expecting a simple turn light to be repaired correctly. On Friday, I personally washed my car and noticed the same headlight I got repaired was damaged and broken. Immediately, I called Antwon the service technician and left a voicemail. I called again on Saturday with no answer. He did not return my call. I returned to Hyundai on Monday expressing how I had not noticed it until washing my car and how I had not hit anything. No damage or scratches on my grill or paint, JUST a busted light that happens to be the same light I went to get repaired!! The manager stated it could have been hit by a cart, however, I have not gone to ANY stores and there are ABSOLUTEY NOOOO scratches on my paint. This has had to be the worse experience EVER and it has cost me $1,500 when I simply went to get a bulb change!! The manager David was dispassionate and immediately stated it was nothing on them. The GM Jason was as well. I had nooooo issues with my headlight prior to coming to this place and I completely regret it!! I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy a car from Hyundai or get any repairs done at this location!!! They do a pre-inspection video that clearly shows no damage to my light, but no post- inspection video!! Horrible DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! AND CHECK ALLLLL OF YOUR WORK BEING DONE BEFORE LEAVING!!

Hallmark Hyundai always makes every effort to make their customers comfortable. I was greeted with a smile and kept apprised of my vehicle’s progress while I sipped Coca-Cola and ate snacks provided at no cost. I recommend this dealership for sure.
New 2018 Hyundai Elantra - April Renee
I originally called about financing a new 2018 and finance manager Jordan Reeder connected me with Kelly Maynard to discuss the new cars they have. I spoke with Kelli on the phone briefly and then I went to go see him at the dealership. Buying my brand new car wasn't just the easiest thing to do but the people were just as nice unlike any other car dealer in the Tri-County area I highly recommend him or anyone else that does work at Cookeville Hyundai. With less than perfect credit I figured I would be there all day but I wasnt. I wasn't forced to buy something I didn't want however I really appreciate everyone's hard work on helping me trade my Veloster in for the car that I did purchase. One thing I noticed about my salesperson Kelli was he treated me like a person not a dollar sign. Going to Cookeville Hyundai, you will not be disappointed, they are all very friendly even the ones you aren't working with they treat people with respect and I personally feel like they deserve more than five stars.

The salesman would not show us any car we wanted to see. They got me down there with promises of a great deal but then "sold the car" the day before I came (even though it was after hours). The salesman was rude and refused to show us anything we were looking for. We went down the road to Ole Ben Franklin and got a car that day.

I bought a car from and got all the warranties i could for my car. I got a flat tire and called the for help because i have the tire and wheel insurance i called at 830 am and talked the serivce manager and he tells me i only have the factory manufacturer warranty of 6 years 60 thousand miles. I told me i had the tire service anf said there was no recorded of it. Well i found my sales slip and there it was tire and wheel insurance. Called back at 845am to the man was in a meeting i gave my number for him to call me back and he didnt so i called 7 more times asked for the gm the office manager and no one would talk to me. At 101pm my phone rang it was the service manager i was not happy and told him off. Bad bussiness i will never do bussiness with them again. I would give them a f or 0 star if i could

This is our 5th Sonata and our first Hybrid! Looking forward to many years of great driving! I have owned a 2005, 2010, 2012, 2015 and 2016 Sonata! Definitely found the vehicle I love!
SALES WAS GOOD! But Their service and GM are not what I expect from a new car dealership! I traded my Hyundai Santa Fe for a Honda Pilot and my wife’s 2016 Sonata Hybrid will be serviced at Grayson Hyundai in Knoxville from now on.

I bought a used car here very happy with the car very happy with the people and service I received never felt pressured Tyler my sales agent and the other folks I felt went over what was expected because they stayed past closing to finish my deal they also made a combinations for me to pick the car up the following day which was a Sunday and they were closed a very awesome experience overall when buying a car what for me is usually is a very tedious process
