Even though I'm in my fifties, this was my first new car purchase all on my own. Needless to say, I was nervous going into it. Ron happened to be standing outside the building when we pulled up and I feel blessed that he was our salesman. He put me at ease throughout the process and is just a nice guy to be around. I already have a 1990 Miata at home and wanted a new one. There was never one bit of pressure and, in fact, Ron spent nearly 5 hours with us until the deal was closed.
I also met and spoke with the owner of the dealership, Mr. Gray Epperson. What a down-to-earth man, very personable. Everyone at the dealership that we came in contact with was so very nice.
I know where I'll be going whenever I get my next new car. Thank you, Ron! (By the way, I wasn't given the option of Mazda for Vehicle Purchased.)

The entire staff at this Hyundai dealership was very professional, thoughtful and very helpful. They guided me through the process, step by step and told me if I had any questions about some of the new options on my car, to drop by anytime. I dealt with the sales manager, Chuck Micci, and sales consultant, Eric Curtis. Eric was especially helpful. He helped with the return of my rental car as well retrieving the license plate off my old car at the repair shop. Overall, the service was exceptional.

My husband and I have bought five vehicles from Long Hyundai. At one time, I owned a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. We loved the car until the drive shaft tore up and had to be replaced. The first time it was under warranty. The service department replaced the drive shaft entirely. A year or so later the drive shaft tore up again. It was not under warranty this time. We had to pay for it out of our pocket. The service department gave us a discounted price which we thought was good at the time. After it was fixed the second time, we decided to trade it in on another vehicle. A few months after the car was traded in, the service department called us and asked us if we still wanted the part to the steering column that was ordered the first time the 2012 Hyundai was put into the shop for the bad steering column. We think this missing part may have been why it tore up the second time. I left messages for the service department manager to call me back about it but I never received a call from the manager about this problem. I feel this was shoddy work, negligent and it recklessly endangered us. I wonder if the people who bought the 2012 Hyundai we traded in are safe in driving it. I do not think we will buy any more vehicles from Long Hyundai.

I drive a Hyundai Genesis 5.0 and decided on March 20th (Tuesday) to get my left turn light bulb repaired at the Hyundai on Covington Pike. Upon arrival at 3:00 PM, I asked the service tech Antwon if the process was long. He stated "No, it shouldn't take us any time to repair your light". My car was complete at 5:07 PM, two hours later. In a rush, I left without viewing the work done to my car expecting a simple turn light to be repaired correctly. On Friday, I personally washed my car and noticed the same headlight I got repaired was damaged and broken. Immediately, I called Antwon the service technician and left a voicemail. I called again on Saturday with no answer. He did not return my call. I returned to Hyundai on Monday expressing how I had not noticed it until washing my car and how I had not hit anything. No damage or scratches on my grill or paint, JUST a busted light that happens to be the same light I went to get repaired!! The manager stated it could have been hit by a cart, however, I have not gone to ANY stores and there are ABSOLUTEY NOOOO scratches on my paint. This has had to be the worse experience EVER and it has cost me $1,500 when I simply went to get a bulb change!! The manager David was dispassionate and immediately stated it was nothing on them. The GM Jason was as well. I had nooooo issues with my headlight prior to coming to this place and I completely regret it!! I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy a car from Hyundai or get any repairs done at this location!!! They do a pre-inspection video that clearly shows no damage to my light, but no post- inspection video!! Horrible DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! AND CHECK ALLLLL OF YOUR WORK BEING DONE BEFORE LEAVING!!

Our last visit on 07/14/18 was a combination of service and sales. We purchased a '13 Hyundai Santa Fe from here back in October and were in for an oil change and minor service on a broken trim piece. Kat in service dept. has taken care of us since we purchased the Santa Fe regarding regular service intervals and repairs 2 minor repairs (of which were covered under warranty). She has always gone out her way to provide professional service and updates relating to the repairs, along with transport to the Wolfchase shopping area while repairs were being addressed (which my wife thoroughly enjoyed). My wife and I could not be happier and love the vehicle and experience At Wolfchase Hyundai.
While the Santa Fe was in for service, Satuday, my wife and I were looking for an additional vehicle for me. We were met by "Pancho" in sales. He was very nice, personable and answered all of our questions without leaving us feeling pressured. We did not make a purchase on this date but we will continue to do business with Wolfchase Hyundai as long as they continue their level of service and hospitality.

The financial manager, Evan Facemyer, is extremely rude and dissmive of your concerns. I bought a maintanance package with them for $500. It was a huge scam. They never followed through and when I would try to call about it they would ignore my calls. I do not recommend going to twin city Hyundai ever.

My dad and i went to HOC looking for a used Nissan Frontier. My truck had broken down and I needed to get back to work. I was told that they didn't have one on site but that they did have one in another location and it could be there in three hours. After two days that I should've been looking for other vehicles, they finally brought it to me, after dark. I was leery, but the Carfax came up clean and the dealership had assured that they wouldn't sell anything but the highest quality used vehicles. The truck looked and drove ok and I couldn't miss any more work, so I signed for it. It didn't take me very long, in the daylight, to find that the truck has had extensive body work, has been repainted and shows signs of flood damage. I find new things every day that I didn't notice before. I've had to make myself not look too closely because it only makes me angry. On top of all of that, the clutch has been acting up and I still haven't received my new tags almost two months later. If this is what Hyundai of Columbia considers a high quality used vehicle, they need their eyes checked or their morality overhauled. Don't buy from them.
