I'm a single woman and had been shopping around in Chattanooga for a few weeks. Every dealership I visited pressured me and made me feel like I was in a hot seat. The rep would go find the manager and then the manager would pressure me And, when I would tell them my financial goals they made me feel like I was being unreasonable. One dealership told me my credit score was almost 100 points lower than it actually is and my rep here at Gray Epperson was shocked. Long story short out of all the dealerships I've visited over the last 2 to 3 weeks have either been rude or just plain shady. Ron Carelli was my sales rep and from the moment I contacted Gray Epperson they met me with good faith, no pressure, and a much better financial scenario on the vehicle I needed. I cannot recommend this dealership or Ron Carelli highly enough!

The entire staff at this Hyundai dealership was very professional, thoughtful and very helpful. They guided me through the process, step by step and told me if I had any questions about some of the new options on my car, to drop by anytime. I dealt with the sales manager, Chuck Micci, and sales consultant, Eric Curtis. Eric was especially helpful. He helped with the return of my rental car as well retrieving the license plate off my old car at the repair shop. Overall, the service was exceptional.

I purchased my second Elantra from Long Hyundai. I returned to this dealership because my first experience (in 2005) was painless/easy. With this purchase, Zak, the salesperson, was extremely professional. He answered all of my questions and worked within my budget and desires to make sure we found the vehicle right for me. He not only made this process easy, he made it pleasant and, dare I say, fun!!! I definitely recommend Long Hyundai and Zak for all of your vehicle needs.

THIS DEALERSHIP DAMAGED MY HEADLIGHT AND REFUSES TO REPAIR! - Emmydoyle
I drive a Hyundai Genesis 5.0 and decided on March 20th (Tuesday) to get my left turn light bulb repaired at the Hyundai on Covington Pike. Upon arrival at 3:00 PM, I asked the service tech Antwon if the process was long. He stated "No, it shouldn't take us any time to repair your light". My car was complete at 5:07 PM, two hours later. In a rush, I left without viewing the work done to my car expecting a simple turn light to be repaired correctly. On Friday, I personally washed my car and noticed the same headlight I got repaired was damaged and broken. Immediately, I called Antwon the service technician and left a voicemail. I called again on Saturday with no answer. He did not return my call. I returned to Hyundai on Monday expressing how I had not noticed it until washing my car and how I had not hit anything. No damage or scratches on my grill or paint, JUST a busted light that happens to be the same light I went to get repaired!! The manager stated it could have been hit by a cart, however, I have not gone to ANY stores and there are ABSOLUTEY NOOOO scratches on my paint. This has had to be the worse experience EVER and it has cost me $1,500 when I simply went to get a bulb change!! The manager David was dispassionate and immediately stated it was nothing on them. The GM Jason was as well. I had nooooo issues with my headlight prior to coming to this place and I completely regret it!! I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy a car from Hyundai or get any repairs done at this location!!! They do a pre-inspection video that clearly shows no damage to my light, but no post- inspection video!! Horrible DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! AND CHECK ALLLLL OF YOUR WORK BEING DONE BEFORE LEAVING!!

According to the sales manager, any trade is not worth what a Subaru is worth. Even though the car we found had a savings on it they "fudged" the numbers around to make sure they made the most profits. All the while, his explanation was "it's just numbers!"
Newsflash buddy... those numbers are dollar signs. Now, if you would like to make those "numbers" work in my favor then we can play let's make a deal, but I have never been so insulted in my life!
I guess that explains the 3 star rating on Google!
Sales transaction of 2017 G80 - Don White
I located the vehicle off the internet, after studying other luxury vehicles. I narrowed my choices between a Lexus GS 350 and the G80. Frankly, I thought a G80 was outside my price range, but a great deal offered by Morristown Hyundai and a reasonable trade in on my Lexus sealed the deal. The personnel, particularly Brian Cosby could not have been nicer. I have found some dealer play a little game where you make an offer, the sales rep goes to the General Manager, which makes me uncomfortable. It did not happen here. The staff from the top down could not have been nicer.

The financial manager, Evan Facemyer, is extremely rude and dissmive of your concerns. I bought a maintanance package with them for $500. It was a huge scam. They never followed through and when I would try to call about it they would ignore my calls. I do not recommend going to twin city Hyundai ever.

Buying a new 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe at Hyundai of Columbia was an awesome experience! No pressure, no big sales pitch, no haggling over price (we had done our homework ahead of time) and no heavy pushing for extra warranties, etc. James Webb was a great salesman - very knowledgeable and easy to work with! If I had to pick one negative, the car was not as clean as I had hoped it would be when we got it. Inside windows were still dirty. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend Hyundai of Columbia!
