Mtn View Ford service department is the WORST I have ever dealt with. I special ordered my 2022 Ford Explorer ST in April of 2022. Where do I begin on the numerous issues I have had with their service team since I took ownership of my vehicle?? It started out with the backorder of the rear A/C controls. I received a call from a service advisor stating my parts had arrived and they scheduled me to come in for the install. I took time out of my work day to take my car to them for this install. When I arrived they had no recollection of the appointment and also informed me that the part had never even been ordered...strike 1. Fast forward a little later and now I have been having issues with the leather of the driver seat coming apart at the seams. On 3 different occasions during service for oil changes I had requested the seat to be replaced. I was told on all 3 of those occasions that the part would be ordered. However I was LIED to all 3 times. Every time I would call back to check the status i was informed it was never ordered...GO FIGURE!!! Strike 2. I took my car in for service again on 1/8/24 and once again brought up the leather issue on the seat. The service advisor told me he would get it ordered and it would take 2 weeks and he would be in touch with me to get it scheduled for the repair. So by now after many failed attempts of being able to trust them to do what I was told they would do, I insisted on him giving me something showing it had been ordered before I left the service department that day. Yesterday 2/6/24 I called because it had been almost 1 month and I had not heard from anyone, SHOCKER. I spoke to the lady that answers the calls for the service department and she had told me she couldn't find anything about it in the system but she would have the service advisor call me back. I called early morning around 9:15 am, never received a call back from anyone before end of day. Today 2/7/24 I called back at 11:35 am and kept being put on hold. The service advisor finally answered and said he would check on it for me. I sat on hold for roughly 15 - 20 minutes for him to check on it. He came back to the phone and informed me that there was a problem and that my replacement had actually came in but sent back to ford. He said that ford sent the replacement but did not have it marked with the name of who it was for. Due to this they had no idea who the part belonged to so they sent it back to ford.....STRIKE 3. So you are telling me that there is not something in your computer system that shows what customers are waiting for what parts, or even somewhere you can check and cross reference this information. My sales team was amazing to deal with when I special ordered my vehicle and I can't give them enough stars. However for the service department you are terrible and because of my NEGATIVE interactions with you all over the past 2 years I will never buy another vehicle from MTN. View Ford ever again.

Friendly, prompt and professional, the very best Ford service. I have been there for service three times and have always been impressed with friendly people and professional service. I drive a little farther to get there, but it's worth it. I would recommend them to anyone, you will not be sorry.

Honestly, wish I didn’t have to put a star at all. HORRIBLE customer service and complete lack of knowledge about how warranties work. Clearly reading/ scrolling through a customer‘s file is too hard. They have attempted multiple times to charge my family for services covered by the warranty. They did not provide a loaner or ride to or from the dealership when my husband‘s truck was undrivable without any power steering (Ford’s software issue). He had to pay for a Uber just to pick up his truck. They suggested my husband still drive it until the only available appointment which was weeks out. The clerk only offered a “that sucks” when my husband, a member of the military, explained the situation. I believe this dealership is very biased and provides better service to customers who purchase vehicles from them, over customers who purchase vehicles elsewhere. The Ford dealership where we came from has excellent customer service and provides customers with a loaner or ride and they, now, even offer free pick up and delivery.

Have a 2011 mustang still under warranty. Joe Mahan Ford in Paris,TN has done multiple repairs on auto tramsmission with no success & many other repairs that just add to the long list of troubles. The car is dangerous to drive..trying to stall on takeoff, jerking 1st & 2nd gears. Danny Dawson (service manager) has been blaming tranny problems on wife's driving habits. He was rude, blaming and told us to just drive the car on highway and try to avoid stop & go traffic in a 3 year old car! This is a learning transmission and has severe flaws which ford will not take responsibility for & fix.Joe Mahan is no help with trying to solve this problem! Having to file Lemon Law to try to get this resolved. I would not do business with Joe Mahan ford in Paris,TN. Even the manager ..Jeff Mahan...was no help to us...just tried to shake us off to get rid of us. STAY AWAY FROM JOE MAHAN FORD IN PARIS,TN!

When you call it takes them so long to answer. Then when they answer and transfer your call to service very rarely does anyone answer. When you ask for a call back very rarely does anyone. Need much improvement for customer service
