I took my 2018 Jetta to Village VW because the tire pressure light was on and wouldn't reset. I had no appointment because the light had come on when I was on the way to work. I was at the service dept for approximately 20 minutes. During that time, my tires were inspected, filled to the proper air pressure, the light was reset and my car was washed. I wasn't charged a penny. I would recommend Village VW to anyone without hesitation. I've driven Volkswagens for 7 years and the service that Village has always given has been perfect. I wouldn't drive anything but a VW and the dealership is a definite factor in my decision.

Ken in parts ordered a new key for us. It arrived the next day which was great since our key had broken off and was missing. Chris in service worked quickly to get the car in and the key reprogrammed.
Dishonest As They Come - Cmiller
Error in the service department lead to me having to pay out of pocket for something that would have been covered by service contract. They took advantage of a service member to steal from me. I do not make this accusation litely. Thru a series of text messages and emails I can show just how dishonest this dealership is. I have used this dealer on several occassions for service. They are incompetent and have actually lied to me about the repairs that they performed. On my EuroVan, they claimed that the shift rod was bent and made me wait a week for parts. I asked for the replaced parts and later discovered that there was nothing wrong with the rod. The part that was broken was a little $2.00 bushing. It was not included in the bag of parts. On another occassion, they replaced the engine control module under warranty and did not bother to tell me that my other keys would need to be reprogrammed. This is not a trivial matter when you live 120 miles away.

I visited Pro Auto to get my car detailed. The owner Kirk greeted me and was very professional and knowledgable of the questions and concerns i had about my car. I was sold in seconds on the service. They got me in and did a wonderful job. The employees had a high skill level and completed my car to exceed my expectaions. I know they do alot of business, but i felt like i was a top customer. They also started a car sales lot. Looks like these guys are growing and doing well. No wonder. Great experience. They have my business and i have never heard any thing negative here in town.
