I was greeted by Jessie Logan. I explained that I had come to Automobile Row to purchase a new vehicle, not to be sold one. I looked at several cars on the South Point location. Ms. Logan was very patience. She answered all my questions, and we also test drove a few cars. She helped me weigh in on the Pros and Cons and what I was giving up... a navigation system ( I had purchased for my Jeep 7 months ago) for more safety features the came with the Hyundai Tucson. I am a senior citizen but was treated with the utmost respect of my knowledge by this Ms. Logan. I took my 2008 Tucson to Service to ascertain problem that just cropped up today. The problem was diagnosed and I had to make decision as to repair or replace. Also had oil change. As I had been thinking about lease/purchase for several months my decision was to lease a 2019 vehicle. The service, sales and finance departments were very competent and helpful. It as a good experience. I have been using Vandergriff Hyundai Service Department for nearly 15 years and have always had a good experience. Jason Flores was the primary salesman that I worked with. He was very helpful and I appreciated his expertise and assistance.

Good Service Center for Hyundai, BUT - Bo
My auto was experiencing an unusual sound from under the hood when the car part was in gear but stopped with the engine running. I had never heard a sound like this before and the mechanic who was in the car with me agreed. It took a day or so for him to diagnose what the problem was. But he was accurate in his diagnosis even though I did not at first believe him. He had to order a part so it took another day to get the part .He correctly solved the problem and now my car sounds new again.
However, my dissatisfaction comes from a lack of communication on the part of the Service Department. Since my car was there for three + days, I called at least three times during this period for information about the status of my car and not a single time was my call ever returned. On each of those days I had to drive to the dealership to find the information. Since I was renting a car I could not tell the car rental place how long I would need the rental. This was costing me $120.00 per day. So I am very unhappy with communication from Lithia Hundai in Odessa, Texas.

My family and I went in to look at a car for my sister. As soon as we walked up to the door we were greeted by a friendly face, Jonathan Richardson. He took us to his office and began the process. After we looked at the car and took it for a test drive (which looked and drove amazing), we went back to his office and talked with manager Mike A. Both men treated us with a lot of care, respect, and flexibility to our demands. And finally, we were taken to Tim G. to finalize the buy. Tim was very friendly, patient and helpful. Explained every detail and answer every question we asked, regardless of how repetitive we were. In the end, the deal was finalized and my sister was able to walk out happy with a brand new car, for a very fair price. This place has outstanding customer service: very friendly , and helpful . Definitely will recommend it to friends and family.

This is my first experience with AutoNation I can't rate maintenance work so I gave you one for asking so after our visit in February for maintenance on the car if they'll let me I'll come back and change this rating I posted for you. In fact I think you ought to remove that from your survey maybe put in another survey for your service department but that's just me thinking

Went into the dealership on a whim. Looked at 2 cars just to see what they looked like. Then was about to leave saw a Nissan Rouge. The price was out of my budget. But we decided to look at anyway. Fantastic looking car. My 17 yr old daughter instantly fell in love with it. So the salesman asked my price range and I told him. Knowing the car was out of my price range he decided to check anyway. After some figures were thrown around I decided that my final number is all I can give and no more. He made my last offer to the owner. The owner proceeded to talk to me and he agreed to my terms. Totally a shocker but we got the car. I made one call to my bank and the deal was done. Truly a lightning bolt struck me in the heart. The owner a true professional and made my 17 yr old daughter totally shocked with the purchase. Being her first car she will never forget her first car. I started going to this dealership a few years ago because the Hyundai dealer I had bought from had a horrible service department. I’ve had great experiences with the service team over the last three years. Yesterday I had my Tucson appraised and spoke to the sales department. Syed showed me the new Santa Fe and all the safety features. I was so excited but it was a little over my budget. The salesman Syed and sales manager Brad worked on the deal last night and this morning. They were actually able to work with me and get me in my dream car. The whole experience was unlike any other car buying experience. They were very straight forward and able to explain the different options. I am thrilled about my new purchase and although I am planning on keeping this car for awhile I will definitely be returning to Demontrond for future purchases and the service of this one.

He promised he would work with me but did not come through. My recommendation is that they are just a waste of time and Harlingen Hyundai gives way better deals.
