The sales representative, Mr. Arturo Lizcano, was a very professional person, a very good salesman, and he is very patient in dealing with the Client, which in this case is me, without having to explain to him so much about what I wanted and how I wanted it. the car he immediately offered me the car before I saw it and he had assured me he was going to love it and that is how it was I loved it and I took it or rather I bought it I hope all people are as kind as he is. What does he have experience to know what the client wants? In my opinion, I give Mr. Arturo a rating of 100..

Shopping by phone for a GV70, 3.5T AWD Prestige. Cash customer. Dealership informed me they will add $3,000 to MSRP because of "demand".
This is unethical. Genesis will never succeed by taking advantage of customers - have never experienced this in over 30 years of purchases of Lexus, Lincoln, Cadillac, Mercedes, to mention some of the autos we have owned through new car purchases.
Some people have principles. Never trust a car dealer that soaks its customers just because it can.

OMG.I scheduled an appointment to view a brand new Genesis GV70 that had recently arrived. Although I live over an hour away, I made the first appoinment available, (1 hour after the call) due to the higher demand of the vehicle. Tyler, the sales person informed that due to this, it was was by appointment only.. Appt was set for 5:30pm-6:00pm appt on a Friday. I arrived at 5:35pm at we saw the car sitting there ready to be viewed and tested. I asked for Tyler, the sales person who I spoke on the phone with. I was informed that they would let him know I was here. While waiting, I see another couple looking at the car. No big deal. 5 minutes later They inform me that Tyler is on the lot somewhere with another customer and will be with us asap. OK, 5 minutes later another slates person approaches us and states Tyler is busy but he can help us. Great, let us see the car please. He states, Not so fast; other people are looking at it now. I informed him that it was by appt only and this timeframe was set for mine. He said well it is a high demand vehicle and now we have to wait. OK,so I said let's go ahead and start the Trade-In eval on my 2020 BMW to save time once we start negotiating. He said negotiating? IT is $XX,XXX.00 which is approx $12-14K above sticker price and no add-ons just market upsell. Now I look over and the other couple is taking the vehicle for a test drive. Now it's been over 1.5 hours there with nothing accomplished and a scheduled appointment. They were NOT honest about the market inflate price, being an appointment and not even being able to look at the vehicle nor test it and them standing ground on the inflated price, too bad that I had not been able to see it and then were totally surprised when almost 2 hours of enduring their "our poop don't stink" attitude wanted to know why I was leaving without buying the car. I laughed at them and we left.
They give validation to the old saying of "Used Car Salesmen".. Genesis should be embarrassed to making some great cars but represented by the shadiest of people!
