Ram country service team was beyond expectations. When I bought the car from them while living in North Dallas, I thought I will service my car near many local delaerships close to my home. The dealerships close to my Frisco, Tx had more than 45 days wait for diagnostic and unknown days for repairs. Ram Country was able to get diagnostics and repairs in two trips in a week. Excellent service experience by great team.

I took my 2017 Ford escape with 47K miles to Mac Haik's - brian

I took my 2017 Ford escape with 47K miles to Mac Haik's Southway Ford (that I bought from them) and paid $185 for a diagnostic because it was running rough. They read the codes and told me a needed a new engine that would cost $10k. I declined and they tried to sell me a new car. I took my car to a 3rd party shop and they fixed it by cleaning the fuel injectors. It has been running fine since. Mac Haik didn't even try to do a proper diagnoses of my car. They said that because they thought my car needed a new engine it would cost thousands of dollars for them to verify their suspicions by tearing it down and that I should just get a new engine or buy a new car and they would gladly put me in contact with a salesperson. Avoid Mac Haik at all costs, they are scammers and cheats and will try to wring you for every penny you have. Do not buy a car from them and do not trust them with your cars. Mac Haic is still calling me regularly trying to sell me a new car! SMH.

Vandergriff Honda is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with in my 82 years of life. I went from a 2007 Toyota to my 2021 CRV. The technology was overwhelming to say the least. Chris Lapid is my service advisor and he is by far the best advisor I have EVER had for servicing my cars. He is so knowledgeable and has been able to fix anything I was having trouble with. I rate Chris with the highest possible marks in all categories.

Update. I’ve been a customer for a few years and haven’t had an issue. Well. I was there earlier getting the oil changed and tires rotated in my vehicle and it took 90minutes to complete. I had an appointment time for a reason. I didn’t want to spend a long time waiting. Well, now my vehicle smells like a cigarette and I’m having to air it out at the house. I’m beyond disappointed in the “service” I have received today. When I asked the service manager if it normally takes this long to change the oil he got offended and made excuses. Finally, after we paid for the “service” as we were leaving he apologized for the wait time. Really? I would make the apology the first words. Or even ask the customer beforehand if they are under time constraints because they were training a new guy that possibly smokes while he’s working. I have several medical conditions and inhaling cigarette smoke in my once clean trailhawk is not part of my treatment plan. So now I get to incur the cost of a new in cabin air filter and ionization to clean the air in my vehicle. What a horrible experience. The salesman was only concerned about selling me a new vehicle. No thanks.

Took my ‘19 RAM in for oil change, safety recall, and fluid flushes. The job only took about 4 hours, but I was expecting more, so had my son pick me up so I did not have to wait on it all day. But, before I got back home, they called and said it was ready to be picked up. I wish they would have let me know they were almost finished before I troubled my son. Other than that, the work was done professionally and timely.

Service Department Review: Chris Kite went above and beyond for me and my Wrangler. I first encountered him at a different dealership and was super bummed when he left. He is Very aware of my feelings for Frisco, Plano and McKinney service departments. I reached out to Paul Aceto to find out both him and Chris were now at Forest Lane. Chris was able to accommodate a loaner vehicle for me very quick. Took care of a recall, five new tires and routine maintenance. Was transparent with pricing everything out, answered all my questions and kept me well informed. I am thrilled to be able to utilize an advisor whose judgment I trust and doesn’t talk down or dumb to me because I am female. I will absolutely be returning to Forest Lane in the future. Hello this is David with TXDOT, I recently sent a 2015 ford explore to your dealership to have recall preformed I informed the service writer that the recall was for the rear sway bar end links. your service team failed to address the concern they performed some A pillar recall. This is not the first time we have had issues with your company. We have since started using Ken Stoepel Ford in Kerrville. It is also very difficult to speak with the service writer.
