I recently visited Mercedes Benz of Sugar Land for routine maintenance on my car and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service I received. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I had the pleasure of speaking with Steven Ho, one of the sales representatives. Steven was extremely knowledgeable about the various models of Mercedes Benz cars and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was patient, professional, and not at all pushy, which I appreciated. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences and showed me a few different cars that fit my criteria. I was impressed with the variety of cars they had on the lot and the attention to detail in their showroom. Steven's level of expertise and customer service were top-notch, and I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Sugar Land and Steven Ho for anyone in the market for a new car or needing car service. Thank you for the great experience!

Mrs. Rhonda Young (think that's her last name) and David Gates are hands down two of the most down to earth, good natured, honest people you'll ever meet. Everybody knows a horror story or how xxxxty dealerships can be after you buy your vehicle. There's been plenty of things I could've done my self but I'll take it to them each time just because they make the hassle of warranty work and everything else related to my vehicles easy

This is an amendment to a negative review I gave for poor service response I received from this dealership. I was going to change dealerships (which is what I thought the service advisor wanted) but decided to write a review here just to vent. After the review the general manager of the dealership (Brian Weiss) and I talked and he has totally improved my situation and attitude. They are taking care of my service needs while picking up and returning my F-250 to me.

Parts department was absolutely amazing!! Jose Garcia is an asset to not only the Parts department but to the entire PCCDJRF Dealership! He was professional and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to get me a part for my Fiat that I could not get in Arizona. Wish more employees could be like him! He is a total leader of customer service! Thanks again Jose!!

He helped me immediately and wrote up a no charge order. The service dept jumped right on it and did an excellent job. I really appreciate great service after the sale and that’s precisely what I received. Thanks guys

Absolutely amazing customer service! I brought my 992 Turbo S here for a broken driver's side window glass. Adam Elwood was my service writer and he was above and beyond helpful. Where Porsche of San Antonio couldn't help me till 4 months from now, he understood and worked me in immediately. James Purpura the Service Manager was equally outstanding in helping me on this warranty claim. Top notch people! I live in New Braunfels, 80 miles from this dealership, but they are now my go-to dealer.
