The service manager Aaron handled our repair job in a timely manner, installed factory Honda parts and all at a fair price. The technician that worked on our Honda was a veteran Honda tech with many years of experience. He knew every aspect of the job inside and out. Best dealership experience I have ever had!!

We purchased our car in March 2021. The car went in for service (AC) last week (Aug 05, 2021). We received the same 5 star rating during service as we did when we purchase the car. The manager (Andy), the salesman (Dan), the finance manager (Al) were just as friendly and helpful as the first time. This time we dealt with the service manager (Chris). He too was pleasant to work with. My car was ready within hours of it being dropped off (without any appointment). Hats off to Andy for running a great dealership. We will certainly be back when the time comes to buy again and hope to deal with the same great people at Jordan Motors.

I am in Kerrville working away from my home and I started having truck trouble A day before I was scheduled to go home after Being gone a month. Cameron, after hearing my situation, along with Mr Phillip the shop foreman, proceeded to isolate and fix my engine trouble. They got on the phone with our vehicle repair maintenance department for our company and got the repairs approved and my truck fixed by the very next day! I am able to go home on time, and in time for the Easter holiday thanks to the most excellent professional customer service that happened at Ken Stoepel Ford. This caliber of service has been rare for me to find traveling around. About 50% of dealerships no matter which brand, FAILS. This dealership is the exception. Thank you Cameron and Phillip.

I want to thank Dillon the service advisor and Brandon who quickly analyzed my issue and repaired it on my 2016 Sorento. While travelling to Abilene from Houston for a funeral, we hit a big pothole about halfway into the trip. At first, everything seemed OK, but from time to time we would hear a strange noise up front. Turns out that the plastic air deflector/oil pan guard had been damaged and was hanging down. That guard would hit the road when the car dipped from time to time. Brandon got right under the front of car and secured the guard so it would not drag anymore. The whole visit took less than 20 minutes which really meant a lot when you're from out of town attending a funeral. THANK YOU Brandon and Dillon!

My experience at Land Rover Houston North's Service Center was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by one of the staff (Jacqueline) who were incredibly attentive to my needs. The waiting area was comfortable and well-equipped, making the wait for my car to be serviced quite pleasant. The service itself was top-notch. What impressed me the most was their transparency and honesty throughout the process. They communicated clearly about the repairs needed. Although there was a little surprise about the final bill but was quickly corrected when I pointed it out to Jacqueline. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience at Land Rover Houston North's Service Center. They have definitely earned my trust and loyalty, and I will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Keep up the fantastic work!
