It was only going to take one and half hours. The time was done on time. The waiting area was very clean. I would use them to service my vehicle again. Five stars for Honda Cars of McKinney! In the year that we have been customers, we have had nothing but good experiences. Some places will charm you to get you to purchase a vehicle, and then getting that vehicle serviced becomes a headache - that is not the case with Honda Cars of McKinney. Their service department is especially top notch. Each time I've brought my vehicle in for work I have been greeted with a smile and prompt service. They take the time to hear my concerns and they ask questions to make sure they understand the problem. We have had regular maintenance, recall work and now they've handled a warranty issue for us most recently. Steve Knowles is a pleasure to work with. He is cheerful, professional and prepared. He had all the paperwork and information I needed ready to review which allowed me to be on my way without having to stand around waiting for someone to help me or find the appropriate paperwork. If you're looking for somewhere to have your vehicle cared for, you can't go wrong with Honda Cars of McKinney.
