Highly recommend. Technicians seem knowledgeable and honest. As a female, I have to deal with dishonesty in the car service industry quite often. I've been here for second opinions and they always come out cheaper and quicker. Thumbs up.

Sales team is excellent. Service department, not so much. I had a scheduled appointment for tires to be installed. Dropped off the truck at 8 AM. Was told two hours it would be ready. I called after four hours and could not get a hold of the service advisor. Could not get a return call. I showed up in person. no work had been done at all. Koby stepped in and took over.Koby was excellent. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and effort. The previous service advisor was absolutely unprofessional, and should not have a job. The truck was returned to me with grass shavings on the seats, dirt and debris on the floorboards, soap residue all over the rims and tires. Greasy handprints all over the outside of the doors and bed. I spent an hour and a half cleaning when I got the truck back home. All in all…. I appreciate most of the professionalism, but was really disappointed with some of the aspects of the service work provided. .

Calvin Medrano helped me out today! I brought in a BMW X5 I rented from national. I could not figure out why the fuses weren’t working. Turns out there was a metal piece stuck in the front fuse from the last persons adapter. He assisted me with getting it pulled out, replaced the fuse and i was on my way. I am extremely grateful to him for helping me as having my work laptop charged is essential to the work I do in the area!

Use of the website to schedule service was very easy. Once there the service department was very helpful. Answered all my questions that I had. I waited for the service to be completed. It was only going to take one and half hours. The time was done on time. The waiting area was very clean. I would use them to service my vehicle again. If I needed a new vehicle I would purchase one from them. Keep up the great work.

Five stars for Honda Cars of McKinney! In the year that we have been customers, we have had nothing but good experiences. Some places will charm you to get you to purchase a vehicle, and then getting that vehicle serviced becomes a headache - that is not the case with Honda Cars of McKinney. Their service department is especially top notch. Each time I've brought my vehicle in for work I have been greeted with a smile and prompt service. They take the time to hear my concerns and they ask questions to make sure they understand the problem. We have had regular maintenance, recall work and now they've handled a warranty issue for us most recently. Steve Knowles is a pleasure to work with. He is cheerful, professional and prepared. He had all the paperwork and information I needed ready to review which allowed me to be on my way without having to stand around waiting for someone to help me or find the appropriate paperwork. If you're looking for somewhere to have your vehicle cared for, you can't go wrong with Honda Cars of McKinney.
