Carlo went above and beyond to make the process smooth and quick. It’s rare to find this level of care and professionalism these days. What a difference !!! it’s like night and day comparing y’all to Hill country Honda I thank you for the special deals on oil changes and whenever I have that done, I usually have the recommended work suggested by the service advisor. Dropped off my vehicle at this location for basic oil change. Came home and oil spilled all over my driveway as the tech didn't screw on gasket. Tried to call dealership and literally impossible to get someone on the line. Came back in for service and they didn't even want to give me a loaner until manager was involved. Very poor experience. I don't like to list names of employees.
