Our experience with Ed Morse Freedom Buick was by far the best experience we have ever had. I've purchased a lot of vehicles over my 50 years, but I've never had such an easy and pleasant experience. Our salespeople were super friendly, the negotiation process was quick and easy, the finance department was very transparent and the entire process from start to finish did not take that long. We bought a car at a different dealership just 3 days prior and it took several hours and was an exhausting experience. Quite the opposite at Ed Morse Freedom Buick so much so that we wish we would have shopped for both of our recently purchased vehicles there. We are definitely customers for life now.

Trying to buy a car through the website is not the way to go. It is good for checking the inventory but they have a lot of trucks that don't get on the inventory. These guys are transparent while they help you find a truck that you want. They don't have time to answer all the emails they are busy with the customers at the dealership.

You never know what to expect when searching for used cars and the reviews of this dealership were mostly good so I figured it was worth checking it out. They had a 2011 Sequoia they looked to be in great shape in the pictures. I arrived just after opening and was able to walk around and inspect the vehicle. After it passed my initial inspection I asked to take it out for a test drive and it drove great with no issues. I was not able to complete the purchase at that time but was able to come back later that day and finish everything up. I will say that throughout the entire process they were very accommodating and made sure that the process went as smoothly as possible. Now I’ve had the vehicle for a well and there have been zero issues. If I’m in need of another car or if a friend or family member needs a car I will definitely send them to Top Line. Thank you for all your assistance with my purchase.
