×××WARNING××× I would never recommend this place to anyone..... Cindy will tell you nothing but lies just to get you in the door.... Cindy told me to bring a certain of $ with me and when I get there prices change and down payment starting amt. The cars I asked about look great online but when I seen them in person it was a different story. Some of the cars had dents on door panels webs under the car and some things didnt work inside the car. They want you to take them at the they word without any proof of anything including machanic reprorts. The sales rep Cowboy tried to make me sign a paper for him to negotiate. I have never had to sign anything for negotiating. It was a horrible experience.... I don't care if you desperate don't go here at all....I even read reviews online before coming an hour away ....I think they pay for reviews because its didnt add up.......NOTHING BUT SCAMS Dont Do It. I would give ZERO if I could

They advertise honesty but that is far from the truth. I bought a 2017 Accord with 1600 miles or so. Jay informed me the car was perfect and had no issues. Found out during the rains that the trunk leaks big time. Took to Honda and was informed that car has been in an accident. Called Jay, the owner and informed him of the non disclosed accident and that I would like my money back. Jay was not interested in solving the issue, just a bunch of excuses. Nice guy, seems honest but is a wolf in sheeps clothing. Do not trust him!! We will not have to use the law to force him to do what is right...

Called and spoke with Eric with in hours had my paperwork ready....two days later made a trip from Louisiana to Dallas and in less than an hour the papers were signed and I was out the door! PICTURES WE ALTERED BECAUSE THEY DID NOT SHOW DEEP SCRATCHES AND PRIOR FRONT COLLISSION ACCIDENT WITH POOR REPAIR. WHEN I RECEIVED VEHICLE. THE ALTERNATOR WAS NOT CHARGING, IT WAS MISSING THE TWO FRONT MARKERS WITH NO INNER BRACKETS TO HOLD THEM AND ALL THE WIRING TORN AWAY FROM ACCIDENT INCLUDING THE FRONT LEFT INNER FENDER SHREDDED TO PIECES. THEY ARE VERY SHADY AND NOT HONEST AT ALL.

After completing the purchase sight unseen based on photos and feedback from the Dealer only, the Dealer could not ship due to a mechanical issue that was not disclosed. From that point, it took 2 1/2 -weeks to receive the vehicle. Upon receiving the vehicle, multiple smaller items that were not pointed out in the description or shared in the phone conversations, i.e. scratches on the lower passenger side spoiler, undercarriage dragging, fender underlayment not connected to the fender (potential road hazard), no spare tire, spare tire cover latch broken, wiper cowl cover disconnected from windshield, roof strip moulding loose and coming apart, black paint wrap on the roof had small bubbles. I learned a very valuable lesson. Pictures don't tell the full story. Some of these guys are experts at pulling the wool over your head. I paid a premium for this car and it wasn't anywhere near what I paid for it. Fortunately, it was only a $20,000 mistake, not a much bigger one. Never again.

I had a good experience @ Texas Auto Brokerage in Conroe, Tx. Billy Comstock greeted us immediately, and was very friendly and helpful. He actually listened, and considered my needs and wants. He wasn't pushy at all. I think their vehicle prices are kind of high, but Billy worked with me and got me an affordable deal on the vehicle I wanted. He was recommended to me, and I will definitely recommend him also. Thanks to God and Billy!

Frauds - Angry customer

Similar to the experience of the OK customer, I also was told I needed to pay TX taxes even though car would never be registered in TX. The dealership kept this money (never paid to the DMV) along with several hundred dollars in addition funds they were not due. To top it all off, they didn't even hold the title for the car they sold me. It has taken more than 7 months to get the banks to settle and allow me to register the car in my state of residence. Needless to say, nobody at the dealership ever returned a call, letter or a penny of the money they stole.

9 months ago By far the most unprofessional, scheming, and distasteful dealership I’ve ever encountered. Jan 2022 My first interaction was with the owner ( white man in a pick up truck will never get out of car ) he told me he would buy my 06 Chevy impala which was towed over there ( my own expense ) for $700 . When I arrived with my mechanic to examine the car … he looked at the receipt he promised me he would honor and told me they wouldn’t honor it and my services wasn’t needed . Once he got wind that I had came “ money ready “ he told me Maurice would be arriving . Remind you myself and mechanic were both black … he’s mannerism along with attitude wasn’t the same for people of his peers . He collected my money, lowered the offer from $700 to $500 and wanted me to pay more of a down payment for a car that radio wasn’t working ! I paid faithfully on Zelle and wasn’t properly documented when paid my car note in advanced , resulting in them marking my account late and demanding money for a late payment that wasn’t late ! They didn’t try to correct it nor gave me a receipt until almost a week later . 06/20/2022 My car was damaged out due to a drunk driver . Mr. Dan (sales man ) assured me he’ll credit my account since the car would be paid off in 6 months compared to years it was due ! He delayed the payment process so he would receive the check first … meaning he didn’t have to put me in a car . He didn’t get my signature or issue me a receipt regarding the pay out received and cashed out by him and the owner . Once asked for the updated payment record he refused to put in corrected payment nor give me the updated records . I had to acquire my records from the insurance agent and looked into discrepancies in the paperwork and seen him falsifying documents . He told me once I stated I was getting legal advice that he wouldn’t issue a updated payments until he got more money ! I wouldn’t suggest ANYONE TO GO TO THESE SCAMMERS ! My friend was also scammed by them by messing one initial payment and they retaliated to another black individual and repossessed his car and refused for him to get his property. They took my Nissan from the storage without my permission and will do anything for a coin ! 08/04/2022 A reference of mine acquired a bout getting a Nissan . He put down on the car for a down payment and when asked can he get it back … he was told no he couldn’t until a couple of days until cops were called . 08/12/2022 Mr. Dan tabatabaei called me a xxxxx and told me to shut up once I asked multiple times for my records . He is very aggressive and I believe a racist due to the comments he said to myself ! CONCLUSION Seek a attorney if you want to get into a agreement with them and all there cars are savages , been in wrecks , and check the vins . They don’t offer gap and will not honor the 30 days to fix things with your car .

Scheduled service and inspection for unusual sound on Lexus RX350 at Fox Lexus of El Paso for 2/23/26 10:15 am. After meeting with Arturo Gonzalez around 2:00 pm, I was informed my vehicle requires $8375.00 worth of repairs. I have a vehicle with 62513 miles for a 2018 it is well maintained. I advised Mr Gonzalez of my extended warranty and he stated he would file a claim. He provided his "personal" phone number to me. I have been unable reach Arturo on his cell since then. I have left messages with staff but am told he is busy and he will return my call, I have yet to hear from anyone. Today is March 3, 2026 and I am still waiting. I am sincerely disappointed with Fox Lexus and their employees ability to ignore and disregard their customers. I was considering buying another Lexus but will no longer be buying it from this dealership!

Wouldn’t shop around here. Came in for lease, numbers constantly changing, couldn’t answer questions regarding it. Kept trying to get me to sign Texas tax paperwork when it should be taxed in Oklahoma. Waste of time and money. Scott the sales guy was cool though, so if you go buy from him. Ethan on the other hand, not sure what his role is but he made the entire process extremely confusing.

Left a review yesterday about the terrible customer service from Luxury Auto Works and a 1986 Mercedes classic car we bought recently and the problems we are having with it that were not disclosed at the time of purchase, and how the owner Thomas won’t even answer our emails or phone calls. Just ridiculous!! My friend Lyla, a retired schoolteacher bought the car and since that time we had a certified mechanic in San Antonio look it over and says it had numerous mechanical issues that were obviously not disclosed at purchase, and we were told that these are not recent issues. Anyway, we do not recommended Luxury Auto for anything!!!

I traded my Maxima for a Chevy Tahoe, later discovered they gave me below what it was worth. I specifically asked the sales people if it was a rental car. They assured me it was not. I expressed numerous times I did not want a rental car. Numerous times they assured me it was not. My family and I moved to California due to family illnesses. Had to get the Tahoe cause my car was to small for the trip. After having the Tahoe for a little bit I discovered that some features were unable to be accessible it stated to contact my rental agency to have the features unlocked. Being confused, I contacted the dealership numerous times. They never replied. Then I dug through the glove box of the Tahoe and discovered the previous insurance stating that it was indeed a rental and all the information for that company. So I was completely misled into purchasing my Tahoe. On top of that I had 900.00 months payments after I put 20,000 down from my trade in. I started noticing issues with my Tahoe, tried contacting in regards to it again no answer. I lost my job so money got tight. Still was making payments but not full amount so they decided to come take my car a week later I start getting recall notices from the manufacturer. I thought well that's convenient. They sold my car at auction I didn't get anything saying what they sold it for. But I didn't get any money in return for my down payment or anything. So now I'm out about 25,000-30,000 dollars and have no vehicle. So nice when people steal from you.

I have not even made my 1st payment, and already have an estimated amount of about $1,000 in repairs. I even bought the extended warranty but of course the defect is not covered. I got a 2013 Ford Explorer and the catalayic convertor is out, any mechanic knows that these just don't go out. The funny thing is Pollard Used Car claims all the used cars are "Certified", before sold! So this issue would have been flagged. The customer service at the repair shop sucks and offer no help. All they want is money...Good luck to even try to get a hold of your salesperson and getting help. Mine claimed he was "working" on it to find out he never even called. I have done buy here, pay here dealership and had cars last a lot longer.
