I had a great customer service experience at Kia I bought a Kia Forte 2018 through James I met him at Southtowne dealership and he gave me a great service especially when I feel like he wasn't pushing for any sales and I felt very comfortable buying this car so rather than buying any other car I decide to go through Kia where I feel like I'm not getting screwed so I had a small issue after I purchase the Car that they're going to give me a tinted windows and it wasn't getting done so Amy step in and she got that all taken care of and I felt really great that Amy gave me a great service and took ownership of the issue so I felt very comfortable and moving forward I'll be recommending customers to Kia to buy the car from them cuz there's no push for sales and people are very nice and take care of the customer issue first.

This was our first visit to Findlay Kia of St. George Utah. As a seventy year old, I've delt with many car dealerships and salesmen. This was my first experience with any dealership across this country where there were NO HIGH PRESSURE salesmen trying to force a buy. We were greeted by professionals who answered our questions, took the time to show us any vehicle we asked to see, and actually listened to our wants and needs. From beginning to end, all were professional. Because of this, we bought a 2019 Kia Sportage. To all at Findlay Kia, thank you for making this a pleasant and painless experience.

I came with my twin sons the first time and Marlos patiently helped us find the kind of car that would work for us. I didn't but that first one, but ended up coming back by myself a well or so later and getting a different car of the same model. We ended up staying after the dealership closed to get it done. I drove away happy to have the right car for me and my family.

On Jun 30 around 9:30 am went to Kia South Jordan to see their deals on Optima Cars. There was a lady sitting down in the entrance of the dealership busy on her phone and not even offer to help us. Wife and I sat down in front of the window where the manager was sitting down but he was so busy in his computer and not even bother to see us. We were there for about 20 min and decided to leave. This dealer service Department is the best but the sales Department really sucks. I ended up getting a Optima SX from Salt Lake Kia which they care about the customer.
