I was visiting family in Layton and I came to Young Kia with my fiancé. She is needing a new car at some point in the next year or two and we simply wanted to check out the new Optima. The sales professional we spoke with, Josh Johnson, was not only extremely friendly, he was also patient, thorough, and answered all of our questions. We let him know up front that we have no intention at all in buying and he was nice about it. We expected him to rush us out and move onto the next potential buyer, but he spent over an hour with us and we will be buying a car with him at some point this year. First Time Car Buyer - Great Experience with Zach - Jason K
My wife and recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Kia Sorento. Since the purchase we have been nothing short of satisfied with our choice. The vehicle is like new and we have not had any problems. The Kia warranties are unmatched and gave us added confidence in our purchase. What we were most impressed with was our overall buying experience. This was our first car we bought from a dealership and we were fairly hesitant because everyone we spoke to had negative stories about buying a car and dealing with a dealership. That was not the case at all at the Doug Smith Kia Dealership.
First off, they were the only dealership our friends and colleagues said good things about so we decided to go with them. The minute we were there we felt welcomed and not pressured at all. Fortunately we were able to work with the best salesman…Zachary Hansen. He was the most cheerful, laid back guy. He listened to everything we wanted and showed us just that. Never once did he try to persuade us in a different direction. Even our test drive with him was fun and relaxing. Zach seriously made all the difference in the world and actually made our first time experience so good we said we’re coming back to him and getting another car soon. He even went out of his way to get us some trade in money for our old car, which I didn’t think we could anything. He also kept in touch and sent us some friendly letters in the mail to thank us and make sure we were doing well. If you are in the market for a Kia or any car, I fully endorse and recommend Doug Smith. Ask for Zachary Hansen! You will not regret it.

I was looking to replace my car that had one foot in the grave. Went to a bunch of dealers, but I bought at Findlay Kia because the sales guy was so friendly. There was practically no pressure, and they put me in a car that made sense for me. I've been back to service my car, and Ron and Jeff are awesome. I would recommend them to anyone!

On Jun 30 around 9:30 am went to Kia South Jordan to see their deals on Optima Cars. There was a lady sitting down in the entrance of the dealership busy on her phone and not even offer to help us. Wife and I sat down in front of the window where the manager was sitting down but he was so busy in his computer and not even bother to see us. We were there for about 20 min and decided to leave. This dealer service Department is the best but the sales Department really sucks. I ended up getting a Optima SX from Salt Lake Kia which they care about the customer.
