Can’t say enough about my experience with the Staff at Jerry Seiner Kia Salt Lake. Mikey was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and it was obvious that he wanted to get me the best deal possible on my new Stinger. He was very low pressure when I said that I wanted my father-in-law to review the numbers and that, to me, showed that it was a fair deal and that he was someone I could absolutely trust. Mikey was the star of the show but I dealt with his managers also and they treated me just as well(I wish I could give them a shout out too but I am horrible with names🤦♂️). When it was time to sign the paperwork, the gentleman in finance was great. He knew that we were in somewhat of a hurry and he wasted no time in getting us on the road in my band new car! I’ve worked in high end customer service most of my adult life(Forbes 5 star restaurants) so I consider myself an expert when it comes to how people should be treated. Jerry Seiner Kia has a great team that I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for a great experience, Mikey! Hopefully I don’t get too many tickets in my new Kia Stinger GT2!!!

Horrible sales strategies, sold me a car with 4 legally bald tires, tried to lie about the emissions to mess around under the hood which is something I'm not having. Waste of time and money don't buy or even go here everyone is a jerk.
Run as Fast As you Can! Do Not Buy from this Dealership!! - sonia thomas
I lost 6K dollars because they lied to me and told me my Lariat was in great condition, they hide the engine light from me. I tried to get a full refund and get the truck back but they washed their hands. Do not buy from them. Repeat do not buy from them and run, run as fast as you can.
The Kia service centers of the greater SLC area are... - JMChep
The Kia service centers of the greater SLC area are horrible. I have dealt with numerous ones with similar issues and never with resolve. They come back with inept answers of “ we can’t diagnose the problem with out first replicating it , well isn’t what “ diagnostics “ stands for ? I mean what horrible service on their cars .
I will never by a Kia brand car again ! EVER !
BEFORE & AFTER Statements by salesman. - e.carter
BEFORE buying the car:
1. ‘Pulse’ brake installed on car. No extra charge.
2. All used cars come with new tires. This is the reason why an extra $500.00 was deducted from
our trade in. We were told again all used cars get new tires when we were looking at the tires on
the car we wanted to buy.
3. Previous owners are sending a second key fob. Only one was at the dealership at the time of the
4. A paint pen will be provided at no charge to cover 2 nickel size paint chips on the car.
AFTER purchase and our signatures on sale.
1. ‘Pulse’ brake is a mandatory addition to car. The cost was an extra $399.00 – not included in
original price. Salesman said we misunderstood
2. No new tires were on the car we purchased. Salesman said we misunderstood. We were told
they were not needed because the car we bought only had 23,000 miles – yet we were
charged $500 for the car we traded in even though it only had 27,000 miles and snow tires
were used for half of the time the car was driven.
3. No extra key fob was ever received. Salesman said there was nothing he could do about it now.
My cost to buy a new fob is $256.
4. Paint pen never provided. Salesman told us 4 different times it was on the way.
The 'AS IS' document says there is no warranty regardless of any oral statements made. Believe it!
A salesman can say anything to get you to buy. Don’t be trusting and stupid like we were.
