My jeep started acting funny when I was approximately 30 miles away from home on a Saturday afternoon. Knowing something was obviously wrong I called heritage to schedule an appt. I spoke to the service manager, Chase, who asked me to describe the problem. He then told me I could bring in my jeep right away for a diagnostic check. I didn’t expect to have the jeep looked at right away so this was a pleasant surprise! After arriving, Chase ran the test and identified the problem. He acted quickly to find a replacement coil part and got my jeep fixed and back on the road within one hour!! I could not believe it! This was especially important because a big snow storm was coming the next day!
I am so impressed with the service dept and manager Chase! They really did me a HUGE favor and I really appreciate the quick service!!

My businesses have also purchased $140k with of GMC trucks and have never been more please, satisfied and felt appreciated. I pass the word on my experiences everywhere I go. Talked to Tanner in parts dept. He was very helpful, listening to our vehicle problems, returning calls promptly. He set up a 9:00 am appt and arranged for us to park our motorhome beside shop.
We had our toad vehicle towed into their dealership. Jamie, service writer, was efficient and friendly in getting our vehicle looked at. Tyler, mechanic, met with us and we discussed our vehicle problem. He had analyzed the problem, discussed ordering factory part. Tanner had part overnighted. Jamie squeezed us in between other appointments, and Tyler had us ready to go by 9:30 a.m. at alot less money spent than we had expected. Nothing like honest and trustworthy people with a feeling of a family atmosphere. This dealership is highly recommended.

Living 2500 miles away I had to deal with a serious recall on my brand new Jeep Gladiator. I called three dealers, the first two didn't want to help me because I was 2500 miles away and might have only been a one time service. Roberto at Karl Malone called me after I emailed the service email box explaining my situation. Roberto was very professional and courteous and understood my situation. He pre-ordered the parts for me and I had the vehicle towed to the dealer due to my inability to be present due to the Corona virus. Roberto handled the two recalls and help get my vehicle loaded and unloaded on the tow truck etc and looked over the vehicle for me and addressed a couple other issues I was not even aware of. He communicated with me and made the entire experience painless and pleasant. Roberto is a huge asset to this organization and I look forward to my next service visit. He also advised me that I get free oil changes so wether I come back to his dealer or end up somewhere else to make sure I don't get charged for my oil changes. Thank you Roberto!!

Terrible service, no warranties. We've been bringing our vehicle here for 3 years. They told us every time we brought it that their work was guaranteed. Today we brought it in to have a problem fixed from a previous repair they had done. And surprise! Now that they'd have to fix something that was their mistake, they're saying it's not warrantied and we have to pay for it. We'll be going somewhere else from now on, somewhere that actually backs up their work and doesn't tell you they will cover things, only to have the next person tell you they don't.

I had to take my truck into the repair shop 5 times (including original review) to get repairs completed correctly. It was commendable that each time I took it back for a "re-due" I was assured they would "make it right" and eventually they did. As a customer I would have second thoughts about taking my truck back or suggesting that a friend us the service and go through the same things I did. (paint runs, missing rubber seals, sticking door, poor scheduling and having to pick it up unrepaired and bring it back...)

I have been to this dealer many times for service. I never had a reason to complain. Now, I will never return for neither service nor a purchase. First my daughter took her car in for “The Works” service. But instead of changing the oil, they added new oil, never draining the old. They didn’t top off the vehicle’s fluids. She ended up with several hundred dollars of repairs as a result. The customer “care” she got after being transferred from on “manager” to another was a free oil change offer. Obviously that was never used.
Then I had my son drop off my car for “The Works” with a coupon. When he came home and handed me the receipt, they not only didn’t honor the coupon, they also charged me for the individual services the were to be included in the “The Works.” I was treated like I was a liar, even after showing the receipt. Grudgingly, they gave me credit for my next service. Obviously, that credit remains unused.
The final straw that broke the camels back was taking a new to us car in for “The Works” again. This time all seemed well, until I was riding home with my son in the car. I asked him to turn the AC on to cool us down. “It already is on,” he told me. The next day we took it back in and asked about this. If I thought I was poorly treated for a simple overcharge, this took customer mistreatment to new levels. Finally, with no resolution or even an attempt to find an equitable solution, I left. Another mechanic found the problem, one of the AC hoses had been cut partway through in two places with a sharp instrument. No road hazard could make such clean cuts.
I will never use their shop again. I will never buy a vehicle from them. I will never recommend them again; in fact I will recommend against them when asked. I’m not sure what happened up there. I have been a long time customer, but unfortunately my last experiences with them indicates that they have lost their focus on the customer and are seeking some other goal.
